My stay was cancelled two days before my stay, where now it is impossible to get another hotel at such a short notice with parking before my trip out if JFK. Terrible customer service by both the hotel and IHG who offered a hotel several miles away at a higher cost without parking, but here is 5000 points...

They’re closed down and didn’t let anyone know. No email, no call, nothing! Only found out when we called for the shuttle and they told us, now stuck at the airport at midnight.

Not exactly what I was expecting for the price, and the hallways were pretty dimly lit. I was a female traveling alone, and they placed me in a room far, far in the back. I was a little nervous. This was my choice due to closeness to the airport and having a shuttle.
