Hemos estado en agosto en este hotel, es cierto que es muy bonito, con restaurantes ricos y con una buena antencion. Pero quiero destacar que si buscas desconectar, disfrutar de la tranquilidad o desconcertar leyendo un libro en la piscina - no es tu lugar indicado. Todos los días, prácticamente durante todo el día, hay música de DJ en la piscina, que más bien parece que estás en Ibiza. También el desayuno, podría estar más elaborado y con comida hecha al momento.

Das Hotel ist grundsätzlich in Ordnung, aber aufgrund vieler kleiner Mängel verdient es keinesfalls 5 Sterne. Zum Frühstück 10 Min. in einer Schlange anstehen, wenn es regnet tropft es im Bad aus dem Deckenspot, Lounges mit demontiertem Sonnenschutz u.v.m. ist einfach ein No-go.

Nuestra estancia fue maravillosa, el hotel está muy bien ubicado, a tan solo 15 minutos de Ciutadella, es muy completo con piscinas y spa y tanto el desayuno como la cena riquísimos, el staff del restaurante fue muy amable. Agradecemos a Jessica Paucar su exquisita atención a la hora de realizar la reserva y sus recomendaciones que han hecho que nuestros días sean inolvidables, volveremos!

Mi mujer y yo fuimos a pasar unos días románticos a este lujoso resort y quedamos encantados. Esperábamos alta calidad por el precio, pero superó con creces nuestras expectativas. Además la localización y la calidad del buffet eran exquisitas. Posiblemente no repitamos porque esperamos un peque, pero sin duda lo haremos si es posible

Viemos para aqui de lua de mel e tem sido espetacular! A equipa é toda muito simpática e prestável, em especial a Genny do restaurante Foc , muito querida e simpática ❤️

O hotel em si é muito bom, o facto de não haver crianças também é óptimo para ser uma experiência calma e relaxante. A zona das piscinas bastante apelativa.
A decoração muito gira
Regra geral foi uma muito boa experiência e recomendarei a todos os que vierem a menorca.

Nous venons de passer une semaine en couple pour fêter l’anniversaire de notre mariage et Ce fut une expérience exceptionnelle ! Agréablement surprise par le design, la chambre, éco friendly, adult only, la restauration Mais surtout par le professionalisme, l engagement et toujours avec le sourire de l ensemble des employés de l hôtel.
Nous avons eu des gourmandises à notre arrivée et tous les soirs housekeeping toque à la porte pour vous apporter une friandise
Nous avions pris demi pension ( menu a la carte ) et je vous le recommande vivement, qualité digne d’un chef étoilé.

Le resort comprends également une grande salle de gym et un spa en moyennant 20€ par personne et ça vaut le coup.

En résumé, si vous cherchez un havre de paix à Minorque, foncez sans hésitation!
Spécial mention à Marta, granny, Tamy, Noha, Dania, Alex, Marcos et tout l ensemble de l hôtel vous avez été magnifiques.

Wow. Angenehm überrascht. Schönes Hotel. Gut ausgestattet. Zimmer sind toll eingerichtet und sehr bequeme Betten. Personal ist sehr freundlich.
Das Gastro Team ist Klasse. Sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Tamara, Genny, Alex, Noah,Dani,Marta,Marcos Danke.

Tutto molto bello e curato, dal cibo alla pulizia, personale accogliente e professionale ( un saluto a Genny ????????).
Una piccola osservazione, nella nostra camere mancava la possibilità di appendere anche dei vestiti lunghi.

Hotel tranquil, molt agradable, amb decoració eco-rustica, amb consciència ecològica (piscina climatitzada amb plaques solars, paper wc ecològic, bosses biodegradables, ampolles d'aigua de vidre i procedent d'osmosi....).

We were upgraded from a sister suite to this hotel and I am so glad we were, this place is beautiful!! ???? Can't believe we got to stay in this gorgeous hotel for our 25th wedding anniversary/Honeymoon and our stay has been one we will never forget!! What an amazing hotel, we were blown away by the room, lots of thought has gone into its design and lighting. Our private pool was very cold so we only ended up using it twice ???? The no reserve sun loungers is an excellent idea. We were half board, omg the food at breakfast and dinner was amazing, don't bother going to any of the other restaurants as part of the package, that would mean you would miss out on eating in the hotel. The staff are amazing, friendly and seem genuinely more than happy to help in anyway. I would 100% recommend going here. Oh one other issue worth pointing out, was we saw and got bitten by tiger mosquitos, so put some insect repellent on, even early morning if you are on the cabanas.

Nos alojamos en este hotel 4 noches, desde el inicio la bienvenida a este fue excelente, atentos y cordiales. Nos recomendaron distintos lugares a donde ir de la isla y los diferentes servicios del hotel, como el spa (increíble masaje, salimos bien relajados) o la excursión de kayak / paddle (que no pudimos realizar por viento).
En la tarde / noche el hotel ofrece un servicio de habitación en el cual te dejan un obsequio (chocolate, galletas, chuches…).
El hotel ofrece muchas cosas ecológicas que se adecúan perfectamente con la isla.

La brasserie foc était notre endroit préféré !
Du petit déjeuné ou le soir , tout était parfait , merci à toute l’équipe , marta, genny, tamy, noha, dani, alex de nous avoir permis de passer un agréable moment en leur compagnie. Équipe très professionnelle et gentille.

Superb attention to detail and cleanliness is my top priorities when it comes to booking a hotel. Candy Silva and her team had been so helpful in making our trip the trip of a lifetime and we could’t wait to go back and recommend this hotel to all our friends and relatives visiting the area. I had a lovely 3 night stay at this property what make special about this property is the people who genuinely care ,anticipatory service and eager to please you for any request .Restaurant was amazing and had a alot varities in the menu to offer .

We will be back for sure with our bigger family for an extensive holiday in future .Thank you to the team at the property to convincing us to come back again.
