Hotel tranquil, molt agradable, amb decoració eco-rustica, amb consciència ecològica (piscina climatitzada amb plaques solars, paper wc ecològic, bosses biodegradables, ampolles d'aigua de vidre i procedent d'osmosi....).
El personal molt agradable i correcte.

We were upgraded from a sister suite to this hotel and I am so glad we were, this place is beautiful!! ???? Can't believe we got to stay in this gorgeous hotel for our 25th wedding anniversary/Honeymoon and our stay has been one we will never forget!! Thankyou so much to the whole team for your hospitality and service and for making our stay a luxurious comfortable one. Thankyou Marta, Genny, Tamy, Dani, Noha, Alex and Marcos ????☺️ We will be back x

What an amazing hotel, we were blown away by the room, lots of thought has gone into its design and lighting. Our private pool was very cold so we only ended up using it twice ???? The no reserve sun loungers is an excellent idea. We were half board, omg the food at breakfast and dinner was amazing, don't bother going to any of the other restaurants as part of the package, that would mean you would miss out on eating in the hotel. The staff are amazing, friendly and seem genuinely more than happy to help in anyway. I would 100% recommend going here. Oh one other issue worth pointing out, was we saw and got bitten by tiger mosquitos, so put some insect repellent on, even early morning if you are on the cabanas.

Nos alojamos en este hotel 4 noches, desde el inicio la bienvenida a este fue excelente, atentos y cordiales. Nos recomendaron distintos lugares a donde ir de la isla y los diferentes servicios del hotel, como el spa (increíble masaje, salimos bien relajados) o la excursión de kayak / paddle (que no pudimos realizar por viento).
En la tarde / noche el hotel ofrece un servicio de habitación en el cual te dejan un obsequio (chocolate, galletas, chuches…).
El hotel ofrece muchas cosas ecológicas que se adecúan perfectamente con la isla.

La brasserie foc était notre endroit préféré !
Du petit déjeuné ou le soir , tout était parfait , merci à toute l’équipe , marta, genny, tamy, noha, dani, alex de nous avoir permis de passer un agréable moment en leur compagnie. Équipe très professionnelle et gentille.
Nous reviendrons vite !

Superb attention to detail and cleanliness is my top priorities when it comes to booking a hotel. Candy Silva and her team had been so helpful in making our trip the trip of a lifetime and we could’t wait to go back and recommend this hotel to all our friends and relatives visiting the area. I had a lovely 3 night stay at this property what make special about this property is the people who genuinely care ,anticipatory service and eager to please you for any request .Restaurant was amazing and had a alot varities in the menu to offer .

We will be back for sure with our bigger family for an extensive holiday in future .Thank you to the team at the property to convincing us to come back again.
