Very nice hotel. Excellent location and very cool rooftop bar/pool. Good food at the restaurant, and the service is top notch! The hotel itself is beautiful and a great deal. Would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

I booked the deluxe Superior room with a city view but I was rather disappointed when I arrived and looked out of the window to see a wall in front of me. No view of the city whatsoever.

The soap dispenser in the shower was empty which was annoying as I travelled a long time and needed a shower and didn’t bring soap.

The bell boys and the male staff around and outside the hotel were always super polite and really couldn’t do enough, upon checkout one angry customer stormed out after having a dispute with the staff at reception. Another member of staff was having some dispute with some Indian tourists regarding Wi-Fi, she could see that I’d been waiting 10 minutes but just kept staring and didn’t offer any assistance or even give a smile. I could tell by body language that she wasn’t very nice.

I’ve seen the other reviews are all positive about the staff so maybe this lady was just having a bad day. Just a little smile and “ hey Mr, I’m sorry but someone will be with you shortly” would of been great.

I booked a room through agoda. I got a room on the left side of the hotel which is a small and deserted looking building. Inside the room, the furniture is quite old. At fitness room some exercise machines are annoyingly loud. The swimming pool looks beautiful. Hotel staff are polite.

chaotisch (Probleme beim Gepäckservice, Getränkebuchung aufs Zimmer, falscher Name auf Karte), furchtbarer Geruch/Mief im
Zimmer (vermutlich durch AC/Fenster nicht zum öffnen). Frühstück entspricht eher 3* - kein Kaffeservice - nur Automat, wenig Obst zur Auswahl. Keine frischen Säfte oder Smoothies. Positiv: freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal

Such a great location, breakfast is awesome, hotel is clean and comfy, staff helpful and great pool and rooftop space to hang out and escape the hot, busy city!!
