Ouvert en 2022, le restaurant fait parler de lui. Déjà, son emplacement sur la riva (à côté de l'université) a un gros potentiel au coucher du soleil. La formule n'est pas banale puisqu'il s'agit d'un vrai végétalien (le premier à Zadar !) à tendance gastronomique bien dans l'air du temps. Avec les légumineuses, les graines, les céréales et les végétaux, ici on fait beaucoup. Les substituts de viande, dans les burgers notamment, sont étonnants. La créativité est au menu, autant pour les plats que pour les cocktails avec ou sans alcool. Réservation recommandée.

I just want to uncover in public the truth that no worker in my situation did before, but I think that is important to make public this kind of things to try to finish with this situations for the new people that can suffer them!
- First, this place is taking people and let them work for a while without permission or in some cases without contract until inspections are getting there…
Then unfair and senseless discounts from the salary of the people who is working hard shifts and those hard conditions in that kitchen.
The last month that I worked there (the hardest one of the season) I was stolen with a big part of my salary (because I was not full paid by deposit in bank account how every normal worker. I was paid one part in bank account and other part in cash… You know taxes avoid).
Well, the part in cash was missing from this payment disrespecting 9 hours shift daily that I was making or some days 10 or 12 hours shift, in conclusion instead they pay me for work, I was the one who pay to them to work????????????.
This problems in that place, unfortunately were not just with me, some people before suffered them and it’s possible that new enthusiastic people will suffer them….
My only purpose is to make conscientiousness for the people to think about if they want to support this kind of corruptions where they don’t care and take a lot of advantage of the good people who is just looking to make an opportunity in the season…
There are some more things but I don’t want to spend too much time explaining everything…

Nun zur Essenz. Das Essen war einfach nur spitze. Wir haben drei verschiedene Hauptspeisen bestellt und voneinander probiert. Noch nie habe ich so leckeres und zartes veganes (!!) Fleisch gegessen. Die Burger waren ebenso gut, aber ich würde empfehlen, eines der anderen Gerichte zu probieren. Die „Fisch“speise hat uns alle vier aus den Socken gehauen, es war nicht nur unglaublich schön angerichtet, sondern hat auch geschmacklich positiv gepunktet.
Die Bedienung war super, der Herr hat uns sehr freundlich alles erklärt und sogar Tipps gegeben und Fragen beantwortet. Man kann zudem über eine Lampe am Tisch nach Service fragen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und würden definitiv wieder kommen.
Absolute Herzensempfehlung!
