When we got there they gave us the room in a non renovated building. It had a balcony but the view was on the other hotel buidling. We asked for an upgrade but they said sea view rooms only have the capacity of 2 + baby. They didn't want to pay out the money difference nor to include something extra for us during our stay. We had to stay in the same room.
Last year we were in the same hotel but in a renovated building, everything was great.
This year we got so disappointed and will not stay at this hotel again.
One positive thing was that our daughter played a lot in the kids pool, we were happy that at least she could enjoy.

Stayed for a week with my son and wife, from UK. Simply superb. The staff here make this place here a 6 star experience! We checked in with Sara and checked out with Petra. Both of them extremely helpful, professional and good humoured. The breakfast was a good as the Shangri La in Manila or the Fullerton in SIngapore. Massive variety and great quality. Thereza at the breakfast check-in was so friendly and helpful. One morning when i missed breakfast , her and her colleague and the manager allowed me in and got me loads of fruit , meats and bread. This woudl not happen anywhere else! THereza was always so friendly to my little boy. At the Maro club, Elena looked after him from the moment we arrived. She obviously loves working with kids. Honestly i cannot priase this hotel highly enough. Also the lady on the coffee bar in the lobby , i dont know her name , but always so friendly. Used the Helath Spa for a massage one afternoon , it was really so relaxing.
le personnel est souriant et serviable; On nous a meme trouvé des excursions alors que nous étions hors saison. Seuls les repas en demi-pension manque d'originalité et surtout éviter les chambres "promotionnelles" (petites et sombres), nous avons changé avec un supplément.
