Mic dejun foarte sarac. Acelas meniu in fiecare dimineata. Daca vii dupa 0730, nu mai gasesti mai nimic. Mai stai si in coada sa primesti un loc la masa. Patul comfortabil. baile au nevoie de improspatare.

Okay so I don't like to normally leave negative reviews but I couldn't bear to let this one go by. My wife and I recently spent two nights at this hotel. The hotel and staff are for the most part wonderful. The problem we had was with the rooms climate control or lack of it. When we arrived and were assigned our room only to find the room very warm. While trying to make adjustments to the temperature in the room it seemed it only got warmer. Called the front desk and ask them how to correct this problem and the desk clerk explained to me that there was no cool air that night because it had been cool outside. Okay so what are your guests supposed to do when it's 30° inside the room and you can't make any changes? Essentially was told to deal with it. Well for the first night we dealt with it with the window wide open so as to ensure the street noise blasting all night. So the following morning I politely asked if there was anything that was going to change and they said yes there was going to be air conditioning that evening. Early in the evening it seemed like cooler air was coming through the vent in the room however by around 23:00 it started to get warm again. Nice staff, nice hotel sleeping conditions in the room were awful!

Room had no tea or coffee making facilities. Room was too hot, told that the heating/aircon is set to hot by the company and it can't be changed yet, still on winter setting, it was 24 degrees outside for the 3 days we stayed! Breakfast seemed OK, no bowls on first visit, asked for one, and that seemed like an odd thing. I'm not sure the team at breakfast understood. the food was limited but fine. Other reception teams were very helpful, overall not a 4-star hotel!

Un hotel muy sin más. La habitación muy bien, pero en el baño para ducharme tenía que sujetar de la mampara a la vez para que no se empapara todo porque se movía sola, la presión del agua no se podía regular y salía o super fuerte o muy floja. En general, se notaba que las instalaciones estaban viejas.
No hay bar ni restaurante, sólo desayuno. Y la verdad es que el buffet deja bastante que desear. Se hace poco… La ubicación tampoco es precisamente cómoda, lo único que queda cerca es el aeropuerto.
La habitación era muy cómoda, eso sí, la cama genial y la decoración moderna.

Mi hijo se olvido un peluche en la habitación. Inmediatamente avisamos a recepción para que, pagando, nos enviaran el peluche por correo. Se perdió!! Nos dijeron que no lo encontraron. Estaba alli seguro pero… quien lo encontró, se lo quedó!!!

Muy limpio, muy buena la atención, pero necesita una actualización.

Muy amables todos los trabajadores. Todo limpio. Buen servicio y disponibilidad del personal. Por ponerle un pero..., en el comedor de desayuno reservado a nuestro grupo el primer día faltaban cosas, y no tenían tostador. Un poco distante al centro, como una hora de camino. Cerca de la plaza de toros donde hay sitios para tomar algo.

Warning: thieves among the staff!!!
I recommend staying away from the hotel because the cleaning staff steals anything left in the room. Additionally, the hotel manager is impudent and arrogant. A few rooms from the tour were robbed.

Paid for an air conditioned room but it was broken. Gen Z staff were unhelpful until I was forced to become vocal. The rooms are small and barely adequate. Not recommended.

Breakfast and dinner buffets were very good, great coffee, room is small but very clean and comfortable. Walking distance from Virgen de Fatima Church where we had our first Portuguese mass.
The best part was: my 10 y/o left behind a plush toy which they sent with a cellphone charger to my address in no time! No charge, just did it for us! We really appreciate those details when they really matter. THANK YOU 3K Barcelona! We had a blast in Portugal! ????????

Bien situado y correcto. Un poco justo para 4 estrellas. El desayuno podría ser más variado. Se escuchan mucho los aviones que se aproximan al aeropuerto

notre comité d entreprise avais demandé une suite pour 3 personnes 2 adultes et adolescent mais pas prévu dans celle ci donc payé cette prestation pour rester dans une chambre avec 3 lits pour le même prix

We stayed at two hotels and visited 3 during our trip to Lisbon. The Ramada (highly recommend) and the Holiday Inn (which is next to Hotel 3k and is both beautiful and has excellent service at the front desk and the bar.

Here is a list of things that went wrong/ that we didn’t like at Hotel 3k:
- we interacted with about 12 staff during our two day stay, with the exception of one younger man, every reception staff we met was rude, did not say hi when we walked in and never smiled once.
- there’s no coffee machine in the room
- they charge for the water bottles they give you (except the first night)
- the hotel is in a flight path and the walls don’t block the noise of the planes
- the lobby is drab and a little depressing, there is a sad and eerie energy, think the Shining
- the bar closes at 11:30pm…
- if you’re sharing the room, and one of you leaves with the room card, all the lights turn off. There is no power in the room if you don’t leave your key card in the designated slot by the door (rectified by having to ask for a second card)
- when the floor above flushes their toilet, it sounds like you’re getting splashed with gallons of water. It’s loud and disruptive at night (rectify if you close the bathroom door. )
- there is only one power outlet between two beds no separate night stand. Made for tricky charging of electronics.
- the breakfast buffet is 2EUR more expensive than neighbouring similar hotels and lacks their variety
- finally, it’s worth mentioning again that the customer service really was shocking here. In contrast to the excellent service in cafes, hotels, restaurants, grocery stores, here, where we ended our trip, left a bad taste in our mouths.

Don’t go. Try somewhere else.

Correcto hotel con amplia y buena cama. El baño necesita reforma. Cerca de una boca de metro.

Hôtel très bien situé, proche d'une station de métro et des bus. Il est moderne et confortable et le personnel est très professionnel.
