Un hotel moderno,mui limpio y con un desayuno mui bueno,dejas el coche en un parking que está debajo del hotel y tienes la estación a 5 minutos andando para moberte por la ciudad,por destacar algo malo las almohadas que son mui bajitas se hecha en falta alguna almohada mas,en otros hoteles dispones de varias con diferentes alturas por lo demás todo correcto para un 3 estrellas.

My partner and I had just come off a night bus from Madrid to Lisbon. We arrived in Lisbon early in the morning very tired and with all our luggage. With other accommodation booked but check-in not till late afternoon we looked for hotels around the bus station that would allow a day stay in one of their rooms. The Ikonik Hotel had lovely, friendly staff who allowed us to book a day stay with them in the early morning to give us the deserved rest we needed. The room itself was very nice and clean. Great location too, near the station and airport

It is located next to the Oriental Station, very well located.
My room was on the 10th floor and I slept so well.
The views were very nice.
However the cleaner went into the room when I was on the shower, they should check properly as the room was already clean, so, no need to get in..

My first time visit, the room was nice. But too sound for the train noise can't sleep Room has no kettle. Only one front dest guy. Very slow check in. The price was ok.

A little bit pricey for what it offers. Breakfast is amazing, location is good, rooms are good, bathroom ok, but the sink is in outside and looks strange. The service is poor, specially at front desk, the employees are always on a bad mood and they are not so friendly (except the service at breakfast, they are so amazing and always available for the guests)

Nous y avons passé trois nuits avant de prendre l'avion qui est tout près avons adoré cet endroit la chambre n'est pas grande mais moderne et très propre , le déjeuner est excellent , pour le stationnement sur la rue avec coût minime si non il y a un garage à plus de frais il y a des beaux restos à proximité et un beau japonais l'autre côté de la rue et centre d'achat aussi et aller marcher sur bord de mer à recommander nous sommes québécois de montréal Canada

The hotel was difficult for google maps to find. I went in different directions many time. Paid a good price to get a cold room and warm (not hot shower).
The bathroom had a funny smell in the morning.
Manager and staff all very friendly and helpful. They just need more front desk workers.
Hotel is in the down town business area and not great for tourists activities, but close to the bus and train station.

Perfeito se vc tem uma escala muito longa em Lisboa. Acessível eapidamente pelo metro linha vermelha. Cama confortavel, produtos de boa qualidade, limpinho e bem decorado.

Lovely, modern room for two overlooking the Tagus River in the near distance. (10th Floor Room 1006) Friendly and helpful staff on reception and also at 2am in the morning when checking out. Excellent suggestions on where to eat all within 15 minutes walk riverside. Location is perfect in day and romantic walks available in the evening, depending on your circumstances! Nearby is the airport, train and bus hub at the Oriente. Oceanarium, a stones throw away. Depicted food from a nearby river walk restaurant.

Hotel moderno, funcional e muito bem localizado. Tem um bom pequeno-almoço e funcionários muito simpáticos. O atendimento na recepção é muito profissional e os funcionários são muito simpáticos.

Ótimo hotel para passar férias ou para uma noite de passagem pela capital. Quartos modernos, com boas instalações e confortáveis, com pouco barulho durante a noite. (Já estive mais do que uma vez neste hotel e se virado para a linha do comboio, ouve-se um pouco os comboios). Excelente pequeno almoço, com muita variedade, tanto de doces, fruta pão, entre outros. Boa relação qualidade preço e boa localização. Fica perto da estação do Oriente, o que facilita a níveis de transportes.

Excellent location-walking distance to aquarium, science/math museum, waterfront, playground and restaurants. The hotel's complimentary breakfast had a wonderful and plentiful variety of foods served buffet style, the rooms were clean and medium sized for two adults, the shampoo and lotion were also nice. The staff were friendly and efficient. I highly recommend this hotel.

The location is great, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. However, we stayed here twice during our trip and the check in experience was lacking both times.

The first time, the reception desk member was extremely rude when we inquired about early checkin, quoting the current time to the minute.

The second time, they somehow checked someone else into our room and refused to just give us another room meaning that the checkin process took over 45 minutes. During this time they refused to communicate what was happening.

Nous y avons passé une nuit avant de retourner à l'aéroport qui est à moins de 15 minutes. Tout était parfait. La chambre est petite mais très fonctionnelle et très propre.
