Bien situé entre le Jardim Botânico et le Parque Eduardo VII, le très fréquenté Hôtel Altis, aux ambiances un peu froides, propose des chambres douillettes et tous les services de son rang ainsi que les hautes technologies qu’impliquent ses cinq étoiles (un peu surestimées). En prime : un buffet et deux bons restaurants avec très belle vue panoramique sur la ville, au dernier étage, un centre de conférences, très apprécié. Voisines les élégantes suites exécutives de l’Altis Suites et, les appartements de l’Altis Prime Hôtel complètent l’offre du groupe.

From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, this hotel did not disappoint. The service was the best I'd received in a 5* hotel. The staff were all very friendly, attentive and helpful. We would like to thank Patricia in particular for her warm welcome and assistance during our stay.
We would also like to thank Ana Lobo who was part of the housekeeping team who went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed when one member of our group fell sick. She checked on us every day and made us feel very much at home which is not often an experience you get when staying at a hotel.
We had mentioned that we were celebrating a birthday during our stay and the team prepared a wonderful surprise for the Birthday girl upon our arrival and made sure it was one to remember!
