Arrogant and unresponsive staff.

I stayed in this hotel from march 15 to 17. Before that, I expected to have a great experience in Montreal. However, the room service is slow, I need to go to front desk to ask for that. Meanwhile, hotel charges 46$ extra, I don’t know what this for. I never use ur swimming pool, hot tub, gym, restaurant. I didn’t eat anything in the hotel. Even I got water from the first floor. The quilt is not clean. I have red rush on my legs from Saturday night until now. Hotel needs to check that. Overall it was a terrible experience. I stayed in many hotels around the world, never see a hotel provide this kind of service with high price. I can’t believe it’s a 5 stars hotel. Please avoid this hotel.

Hotel is amazing. Room, pool, sauna, outside hot tub, decent gym, and the valet parking. Only wiahes the hot tub and sauna got hotter.

J'ai passé 4 jours au Warwick Le Crystal soit du 05 au 08 février et le service était incroyable. Mention aux employés : Louise Bastien.André Griggs,Linda Bédard et Melvin Mansuy. Ce sont des gens professionnel et très attentionné. Je recommande cet hôtel.

I went to this hotel I had problems starting in the first day until I left room, parking valet. It was my first time and last time do not recommend didn’t receive a call since the incident

Two-weeks at Warwick Le Crystal spending $$$$ for our stay. Overall good service and very friendly front desk and valet staff. Not a 5-star hotel. Beware of sewage smell in the lobby and hallways. Hotel is aware of the smell from their restaurant pipes.
