Avis MARRIOTT BERLIN Berlin

Had dinner at the Midtown Grill because the JW Steakhouse at the JW Marriott was closed for a private event. Had an excellent experience there, superb service from both our wait or and the host and excellent food (asparagus, crawfish cakes and filet mignon). Not one negative. Thanks Michael (@ JW) for recommending and booking a table there.

Awful food with room service, the pasta was not edible
Hidden fee of 5% which they only tell you at the end when checking out
The spa is decent

some of the best service i have experienced while traveling. staying here helped to revive a trip that was quickly going downhill

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Berlin Marriott Hotel, and as a Titanium Elite member, I must say it was an exceptional experience. The privileges that come with this status truly enhanced my stay, particularly the access to the Club Lounge, which was a highlight of my visit.

Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted and swiftly checked in, with the staff recognizing my Titanium status and ensuring a seamless process. The room was spacious, comfortable, and well-appointed, meeting the high standards I’ve come to expect from Marriott.

What truly set this stay apart was the Club Lounge. The food offerings were nothing short of excellent, with a variety of delicious options throughout the day. From a hearty breakfast spread to delightful evening hors d’oeuvres, each meal was a delightful experience. The lounge staff were attentive and friendly, always ready to assist with any requests.

Throughout my stay, I found the service to be impeccable. Whether it was the efficient housekeeping, the knowledgeable concierge, or the friendly restaurant staff, everyone went above and beyond to ensure a memorable visit.

The location of the hotel was also perfect for exploring Berlin, with many attractions within walking distance and easy access to public transportation.

In conclusion, my stay at the Berlin Marriott Hotel as a Titanium Elite member was nothing short of fantastic. The Club Lounge experience, combined with top-notch service and a great location, made it a memorable trip. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Berlin, especially fellow Marriott Bonvoy members.

Gut gelegen, sehr sauber, geräumiges Zimmer, freundliches und hilfreiches Personal, gutes Frühstück

Es gibt wenig Ablagen im Schrank, stattdessen hängt darin eine große Lampe

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. Excellent club lounge with extensive selections for breakfast, snacks, beverages and dinner. Infra red sauna. Comfortable rooms with skyline view of Alexanderplatz. Superior service.

Perfect in all ways. The only improvement point is to consider the noise when closing doors in rooms. It makes a big bang when someone tries shut their room door.

Pretty chill place. Islam helped me through all the stuff my intro to Germany was really good.

terrible hotel, rooms as if you were in a hospital, our room cost 800 euros per night, my husband and I have separate beds, hard mattress, terrible blankets, if you don’t want to feel like you’re in a hospital bed, don’t take this hotel

מלון טוב. מיטות וכריות נוחות. מיקום שקט וקרוב למטרו. בר סיגרים נחמד ומתחם סאונה נחמד.
שירות חדרים בינוני. לא החליפו / ניקו כוסות. לא הביאו בקבוק מים.

Nettes Personal vor Ort. Leider hat das Steakhouse im Hotel sehr nachgelassen. Nur noch durchschnittliche Qualität und sehr arrogante, unprofessionelle Kellner vor Ort. Ausserdem wird das Restaurant von einem absolut unsympathischen Supervisor geleitet. Ich hoffe, das hat sich mittlerweile wieder geändert.

Visitato per Berlinale e EFM. Prezzi immeritatamente alti, ma lo si sapeva....

Tolles Hotel für Touristen.

Für Geschäftsleute, welche auch mal Flexibilität und etwas mehr als den Standard benötigen ist es nicht sehr passend.

Hotel ze wspaniałą obsługą i pięknymi czystymi pachnącymi pokojami . Widoki są cudowne . Byłam w dwóch pokojach jednym z nich był pokój widokowy , cały oszklony niesamowite doświadczenie . Parking jest ale malutki dookoła ciężko z parkingiem więc polecam hotelowy .

Perfektes Business Hotel direkt am Potsdamer Platz gelegen und nahe dem Kulturforum.

Beautiful place !

We're lifetime Gold Elite Members and have been Platinum many years as well. Besides the location, we booked this hotel because we knew we would get good service and a quality room, linens, etc. We also booked for the pool and sauna. We were only disappointed in one thing. The quality of the bed. I'd read other reviews prior to booking, that the beds are comfortable. In our king size on the 6th floor, I'd have to say that was NOT the case,
NOT comfortable at all.
We stayed 3 nights, and I slept terribly. Tossed and turned all night thanks to hips and shoulders that were numb from the HARD bed.
What a shame. I wonder if this is New Marriott standard or just EU Marriott?
One more thing that I'm not sure if this is no longer the standard, but in years past, we were provided our own internet access, not a wide open, unsecured wifi.
Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay.

Das Hotel bietet in Berlin einen optimalen Standort, um seine Ausflugsziele von hier aus zu starten. Die Zimmer sind noch gut erhalten. Der Pool war sehr schön temperiert und das Frühstück war auch sehr angenehm. Man hat uns auf unseren Wunsch ein Verbindungzimmer zur Verfügung gestellt ohne Aufpreis! Alles in allem eine tolle Erfahrung in diesem Hotel!
