Ein sehr schönes Hotel, das seit vielen Jahren den Level als "Grand Hotel" hält. Aber auch ein zufälliger Besucher kann hier bei einem Kaffee den Trubel draußen für eine Weile vergessen.

Es ist zwar etwas Zeit vergangen seit ich hier war aber die Bewertung wird sicherlich noch aktuell sein. Für mich ist „The Westin Grand Berlin“ das beste Hotel in Berlin. Es liegt absolut super, das Personal ist super freundlich und zuvorkommend, die Bar ist gut und generell ist die Lobby atemberaubend. Das Beste neben dem unfassbar ansprechenden Raum Duft war aber sicherlich das Frühstück, wirklich 1a und nur zu empfehlen. Jederzeit wieder ????????

To access our room on the second floor, we are required to travel to the fourth floor and then use a service elevator to return to the second. Given the ongoing renovations, I would have appreciated being informed about this situation at check-in. We would have definitely requested rooms on another floor had we known.

The room is nothing like the pictures. It’s much smaller and I can’t even open my suitcase. The hostel itself is very old. I asked the front desk to change rooms. They said if I want to change room I have to pay. I called them out false advertising, they said their staff is well trained!! Worst Marriott chain hotel I have ever stayed!

La reception è un terno al lotto
Se ti capita una come sig.ra Amanatova che ti risponde molto male e in maniera rozza e molto triste che i clienti di un 5 stelle siano trattati così.
Questa andrebbe bene a dare le monete di resto sui pedaggi della autostrada!

Edito: Pasé una semana en éste gran hotel en un viaje de empresa y fué una estancia increible, elegante y acojedora. Recuerdo el buen servicio y la inmejorable atención del personal. Si algún día vuelvo a visitar Berlín, no dudaré en alojarme de nuevo en The Westin Grand!!! ????

One of the best hotels in Berlin! We enjoyed our stay at the Westin Grand hotel. Rooms were well decorated, big and comfortable. The hotel is close to all types of transportation. Also you can walk to Berlin's top attractions from here.

Terrific location within a 6 min walk to the Friedrichstrasse train station, literally next to the Unter den Linden U subway stop (U5 and U6) and a 10 min to the Brandenburg Gates. The building is old and comprised of a rotunda with two wings 90 degrees from each other. The rotunda is situated at the corner of Friedrichstrasse and Behrenstrasse with the wings running alongside both streets. The main entrance is off of Behrenstrasse. The fitness and spa area is relatively larger for a European hotel but the rooms are pretty dated. I was there during construction so the hallways were not great. Some rooms face the street and others face a garden courtyard. The foliage in the garden are mostly dead so not much to see. Very limited amenities in the rooms with a nespresso but not much else. One bottle of still water is provided.

Hôtel très confortable et fort bien situé, à deux pas d'Unter den Linden. La porte de Brandebourg et les grands musées de l'île des musées sont à quelques minutes à pied.

Einfach kein echtes 5 Sterne Hotel mehr. Auch hier gilt das Prinzip, wie kann ich den Kunden noch mehr aus der Tasche ziehen.

Ergebnis: Der abgeschlossene Sauna Bereich ist öde und leer!

Einziger Wermutstropfen: Der Frühstückraum mit samt seinen Angestellten, die perfekte Auswahl im Speisesaal entsprechen wirklich ein top geführtes 5 Sterne Hotel! Hier hat man als Gast das Gefühl, man ist auf wundersame Weise in einem anderen Hotel....;-)

Hotel was excellent, food etc all were fabulous. Something wrong with lifts May be they require service. Special thanks to a young girl Lucia. Her hospitality was great.
