Fiquei nesta pensão e fiquei enjoado com as condições. Quarto por limpar, cheiro a tabaco em todo lado. Casa de banho horrível. Não recomendo. Senhor simpático mas não avalio hotéis por simpatia

Hotel très bien situé
Personnel très agréable (qui parle en plus français). Les chambres sont petites mais elles font le job. Nous avions peur que ce soit bruyant mais c'était très calme au final. Rapport qualité prix c'est un très bon hôtel.

Siamo stati in questo hotel per il weekend del 8 dicembre, per la quale abbiamo prenotato all'ultimo.
Il gestore è stato gentile ad accettare la nostra richiesta giorno su giorno.
La struttura è in una casa d'epoca in zona centrale, ma come servizi ritengo sia più un affittacamere, che un hotel.
La nostra stanza prevedeva un bagno ricavato all'interno molto piccolo (non c'era lo spazio per appoggiare nulla), non riscaldato e con toilette elettrica rumorosa. Il divano era tutto macchiato, la pulizia generale un po' basica. La Tv, che non abbiamo utilizzato, era uno schermo piccolissimo.
Avendo la finestra verso il cortile interno non abbiamo sentito rumori esterni, tuttavia essendo una casa i rumori degli altri ospiti si sentono molto, le stanze non sono insonorizzate.
Siamo stati una notte, essendo noi gente da ostelli e campeggi diciamo che come soluzione all'ultimo ci può stare, ma per i servizi e la qualità 95 euro, senza colazione, ci sono sembrati troppo cari.
Non lo consiglierei.

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel di Genova una notte il 30 settembre e posso dire con vero piacere che è stato un ottimo soggiorno. Il personale è stato gentilissimo, sono anche stato omaggiato di una bellissima calamita dov’era rappresentata Piazza De Ferrari. La camera era tranquilla e discreta e la pulizia ottima! Per le mie prossime visite a Genova Olimpia Hotel sarà la mia prima scelta!!!! ????????????

For the location, price, and experience, absolutely worth it. The owner and his daughters were very friendly, and service was quite good.

2-star hotel experiences can be hit or miss, and you should be aware of what you are signing up for... in my opinion this one was absolutely worth it. Possible challenges to be aware of: the elevator in this older building is very tiny and you manage the doors yourself. If you take the stairs, it's an exercise! Key handling involves leaving the key on a rack when you depart.

Still, you are in the heart of Via XX Septiembre near the Piazza de Ferrari with surprisingly sizeable rooms, good showers, and great AC. That alone is worth the price, and the service was exceptional. I would stay again.

Hôtel très bien situé proche du centre hisorique de Gênes. Accueil très agréable nous a donner l'accès au parking même si celui-ci fermait à 20h mais possède la clef du portail.

Uma antiga pensão muito bem situada num prédio do centro de Genova, com pequenos quartos bem cuidados. Respira-se um ar familiar e agradável, os preços sendo mais que acessíveis.
Apenas retirei alguns pontos porque tivemos alguma dificuldade para nós fazermos entender e ouvir pelo serviço, como a perceber as modalidades de saída do hotel.
