This review is primarily for the Miraggio room. We stayed for 3 nights on our 3-week honeymoon. The views are absolutely unreal from this top floor suite. You just cannot believe this room is even affordable between the balcony and views throughout the apartment. If you book this room, I would highly recommend doing the private chef experience which is surprisingly affordable - we had Chef Michel (owns his own high-end restaurant and previously worked in Michelin star restaurants) prep us food in the apartment and deliver each course to our balcony - the entire experience was easily a top highlight of our honeymoon. Just note that it is on the top floor and you will walk up ~90 stairs if you don't take the very slow lift up the first half. The last half that you need to walk, especially the steps up to this room, can be challenging with suitcases. Otherwise no complaints other than that the shower is on the smaller side. I found the breakfast to be among the best we had on our trip, including a great assortment of to-die-for pastries to choose from. And while some may dislike the location (you need to walk up a large staircase and then walk up part of a hilly street), its actually remarkably easy location to remember as its basically right over the Ponte Vecchio. At least if you are staying in Miraggio, all of the stairs are a small price to pay for the incredible views. The customer service is amazing, with daily email check-ins.

Our apartment was gorgeous and had an even better view! We loved our stay here and the staff were attentive without imposing. Highly recommend! Just make sure you’re prepared to go up a steep hill (we didn’t mind).

Very bad service, be prepared to hike some steps to get there with your luggage and overall a very bad stay. Breakfast: some food wasn’t fresh

Beautiful hotel, we had a really warm welcome, the room was clean and spacious, the air con was icy cold, the breakfast was great and the location just a few mins from the ponte-vecchio bridge was perfect. Highly recommend!

Nice hotel close to city center. If I go back to Florence, I'll use this hotel again. Cozy and feels like a home. Very good breakfast. Nice staff. Clean.

Abbiamo soggiornato per una notte nella camera il Camino. Camera molto pulita e spaziosa, ben arredata e con una bellissima vista. Colazione davvero ottima, c’era tutto ciò che si poteva desiderare (prodotti freschi e di qualità).

The room was spacious and nicely decorated, location great but not easy to get there with luggage steep hill with many steps up. The night we decide to wash our hair not enough hot water for two 10min showers. Second shower was freezing in less than 3mins. Plus the house keeper opened the windows and left the room like that all day we come back after a long day on a cold February night. It took most of the night to warm the room up. Good breakfast.

STANZA: CIPRESSO

Pro: gentilezza fantastica del personale, colazione molto molto soddisfacente, vista dalle camere meritevole, arredo delle camere e della reception, pulizia generale eccellente.

Contro: stanza piccola per una famiglia (la Cipresso con 2 bambini non si riesce a vivere deganmente). Stanze rumorose: siamo stati sfortunati ad avere gli inquilini sopra che sono tornati tardi (1.00) ed andati via presto (4.30) ma è come avessimo avuto gli operai dentro casa, si sentivano i dialoghi, e di notte non è il massimo, anzi.
Bagno piccolissimo.

Nice location close to major attractions in Florence. Great breakfast selections. Very spacious loft style apartment with a nice little kitchenette. Be prepared to climb a fairly steep hill on a narrow road to get there but otherwise not a bad place to stay.

Nos quedamos 1 noche, 2 parejas.
La ubicación está bastante bien y tiene ascensor para subir con las maletas.
La habitación era bonita y disponía de todo lo necesario (los amenities del baño olían genial). Pero un poco justa para 4, ya que cuando abríamos el sofá cama la maleta estaba allí en medio que es donde había espacio para ponerla y no se podía pasar cómodamente.
El desayuno que estaba incluido es maravilloso,
había gran variedad para escoger: varios tipos
de panes, yogur, varios quesos, jamón, huevo duro, fruta, café, zumo…
Y el trato del personal fue muy muy bueno.

Struttura curata nei minimi particolari. Pulizia eccellente, colazione fantastica, le ragazze della reception disponibili sempre.Abbiamo soggiornato 2 notti nell'appartamento La Corte su due livelli...meraviglioso.
5 minuti a piedi e ti trovi su Ponte Vecchio.
Stra-consigliato.

A room with a view prachtig.!
Min puntje ontbijt nemen op afgesproken uur wegens plaats gebrek ontbijtruimte. Op vakantie sta ik enkel op uur voor vliegtuig of trein.
Juiste communicatie zou ergernis weg nemen.

Very nice room, awesome view, extremely comfy beds, excellent quality of service, attention to detail. Location-wise it is not that easily accessible, because the road is very steep.
