Hotel davvero bello..
. La doccia monitora i minuti per lo spreco a scopo ambientale ( lo trovo fantastico )
. Cibo x tutti vegano vegetariano e tradizionale
. Il personale gentilissimo
. Terrazza spettacolare con vista che ti lascia senza parole

A great location for students abroad. The social hub offers a comfortable experience for students, offering all amenities needed to get by! Equipped with cafes, kitchens, study spots, a rooftop bar, a gym and washer and dryers, anyone staying here is guaranteed a clean living situation with all you need.

It’s more of a student hostel than a hotel. Rooms are copied and pasted and not in the best condition (we tried two).

I was bit a lot by something in the night all over my body. The pharmacist said it was a spider. They moved us to another room.

All the staff I spoke to were nice. Although three men who said they were electricians there to look at our shower knocked on in the morning whilst I was showering. Odd that we weren’t told anyone would be knocking on for such a reason by reception.

Hotel for teens
no closet inside the room
very noisy and disturbing place
Bed mattresses are not comfortable at all like sleeping on a rock
we slept one night and left the second day
Breakfast is not up to the level for a 4-star hotel nutella,jam,etc..are refilled and the various is not enough

Luogo esclusivo e molto molto costoso ma, se si amano le cose belle, non esiste alternativa! La vista dal roof è mozzafiato e il servizio è straordinario.

The Social Hub Florence is a modern hotel, designed to meet all needs in an easy and enjoyable way. The location is conveniently near the heart of the city and everything is pretty much in walking distance. The rooftop terrace offers a pool, bar and stunning skyline views overlooking the city. We stayed for a long weekend and it was a great experience. Would definitely stay again!

It’s not a 4 stars hotel.
It’s more like a 3 stars student hostel.
Service is pretty much non existence, and with the location, isn’t worth the price.
I’ve cancelled my other 2 days stay after staying for 1 night in Social Hub.
The room’s sound proofing is poor and the lift system is very very very poor, I got lost in the building to find my room.
All my thumbs down to stay here if you’re expecting anything of a 4 stars hotel.

Rooftop bar: I found an ugly and dirty scaffolding surrounding the pool (empty with no water - will stay this way until may!). Would have been appropriate to inform people and give heads up especially since we asked at reception opening times etc. We would not have come if this was the "view". Drinks obviously did not cost any cheaper.. and they could afford some flower vases to cover the scaffolding.. On top service guys get so touchy when you ask when will the drinks arrive. I just needed a time indication so I could plan the next part of the day accordingly but I received "everybody's waiting for their drinks.. " seriously?! And by the way they are so unflexible you cannot order drinks at the bar someone must come at a certain planed order like robots, doing it another way its impossible..oh and you can't pay in cash but you find out only at the end.

Posizione ottima, vicino alla stazione santa maria novella e centro. Camere ampie, ultimo piano panoramico con vista duomo dove si possono gustare degli ottimi cocktail. Piscina e palestra. Consigliatissimo, prezzi giusti.

Direi un gran bel posto, anche se confesso non ho visto le camere! Un luogo che sa di "fermento", modernità, giovani..Belle energie. Lo staff carino e disponibile..location davvero strategica! ????

Juste de passage pour le photomaton, nous avons découvert un superbe lieu et le bar rooftop où nous avons pris le temps d'admirer la ville d'en haut et de déguster un cocktail et une bière au coucher du soleil le long d'une magnifique piscine

Extremely good management. Staff was subpar. The experience started terrible as the shower door was broken and it flooded the bathroom. The staff changed my room to a shower that was working. Appreciate it! But then my friends whom are asian got asked by the security if we are guest. Only us got asked that question. Feel racially profiled by the security. It is not like we were making issues at the hall, we were simply sitting and talking. Then, I had no room service for the two nights. I had to call during #2 in the toilet for additional papers. They never came after an hour! (Luckily as a husband I spend a lot of time in the bathroom) but still… 1 hour! My friend had to come give me the toilet papers. The good thing is they received my feedback and refunded me partially. Thank you for that. I believe the hotel has improved then

Ho avuto l’onore di dormire 3 notti al The Social Hub nel periodo di Didacta (il primo giorno ho dormito 3 ore perché di notte facevano lavori in strada). Credo che quando si è a conoscenza di tali lavori, andrebbero avvertiti gli ospiti per correttezza, magari trovando una soluzione provvisoria.

Per il resto, per quel poco che l’ho vissuto non posso che parlare bene.
Ottima posizione per visitare il centro, ottima posizione per Didacta, la camera è stata pulita ogni giorno in modo impeccabile, il contesto è giovanile con un tocco di originalità.

Avrei messo la 5*stella se non vi era il problema dei lavori in strada

Bella camera, posizione buona e location molto particolare studiata nei dettagli sia all'interno che all'esterno. Accoglienza cordiale, lo consiglierei soprattutto ai giovani.

Be really careful with this place if they give you a room that heads to the street there is a lot of noise due to street work all night long and they charge you anyway for the room as if you could sleep at all...

Siamo stati per un aperitivo. Era buono anche se carente di stuzzichino o salatini di completamento.
Si distingue per la posizione che offre una vista su Firenze Esagerata.
Sicuramente ci tornerò nei mesi più caldi, la pioggia ha offuscato l'atmosfera che ripeto molto suggestiva.
