I booked the hotel based on reviews and It was a mistake. The only good thing was the fact that front desk told us about a good restaurant. Problems: AC did not work and room was hot. Front desk did not pick up the call at night. Rooms had mosquitos biting us. Rooms were noisy (from outside). The shelf space in bathroom has barely space for personal stuff. Lots of mold in bathroom and sanitary issues here and there (photos). Front desk becomes aggressive when we told about AC. We had more than one room and issues were consistent in both rooms.

As funcionarias do café da manhã são simpáticas e prestativas, além do fato de ter um ótimo café da manhã.
A recepção foi cordial.
Quarto bom.
Localização muito boa para quem precisa utilizar o trem.

피렌체에 늦게 도착할 예정인데 레이트 체크인 되는 곳이 잘 없어서 찾다가 발견한 호텔입니다. 밤 12시 전후로 도착했는데 안전하게 체크인 잘했고 역이나 트램 정류장이랑도 가까워 이동하기 매우 편리했어요. 엘베도 있구요. 방은 1인실이었는데 사진으로 보다시피 다소 좁고 답답한 느낌이 있지만 잠만 잘거라면 크게 문제가 안될 것 같습니다. 욕실도 쾌적했어요. 다만 콘센트 위치가 어중간하고 있는 콘센트도 얇은 220v라 굵은거 쓰려면 변압기 필수입니다???? 건물이 낡아서 그런지 히터기 틀어도 약간 싸늘한 느낌. 조식은 호텔에 딸려있는 카페에서 먹을 수 있는데 가짓수도 꽤 많고 커피를 직접 내려주는게 너무 감동이었어요. 이번 여행 첫 커피였는데 너무 흡족???? 카페 직원분들도 다 친절하시구.. 담에 오면 조식만 먹을 수 없나하는 생각도???? 호텔 데스크 분도 친절하세요! 짐 당연히 맡길 수 있고 가이드 요청하면 지도 보여주시면서 갈만한 곳 다 안내해주십니다. 가성비 숙소로 추천해요. 인기 많은 곳이니 미리미리들 예약하세요!

Hotel quando vc chega e vê o prédio antigo, natural por ser uma cidade histórica, não tem ideia da qualidade no seu interior, cama, chuveiro, estrutura, tudo muito bom é uma equipe muito cordial. Infelizmente esqueci de tirar foto do interior do hotel, mas podem ter certeza que é maravilhoso e um bom café da manhã. Outra coisa importante, localização excelente, perto da estação de trem e de todos o pontos turísticos.

L'hotel è in una posizione imbattibile, a due passi dalla stazione e vicino alle principali attrazioni, da sottolineare l'attenzione di tutto lo staff, sempre con il sorriso e attento ad ogni richiesta. Ronni si distingue....

-위치가 정말 좋다(피렌체역, 달오스떼 도보 5분, 주요 관광지 도보 30분 이내 접근 가능, 유럽 길은 거의 다 돌이라서 캐리어가 버티기 힘들잖아요,, 무조건 역과 인접한 숙소가 최고입니다)
-친절한 직원들(관광지 등 설명도 잘 해주시고 식당 추천도 해주셨어요)
-조식이 맛있다(간단하면서도 커피와 함께 맛있게 먹었어요!)
-역 바로 앞은 트램이 지나고 있어 소음이 있다고 생각해 한블럭 안쪽으로 선택했어요. 조용하고 좋았습니다.
