L'hôtel Anyós Park est tout à fait agréable. Pour des vacances reposantes dans un cadre en altitude idyllique, éloigné de l’agitation sans pour autant être isolé, il se dresse majestueux sur les hauteurs de la Massana. Il est composé de 56 chambres et dépend de tout un site qui possède un club de sport complet remarquable, avec notamment court de tennis, piscine, terrain de squash, ping-pong, un spa très agréable mais aussi Carita Paris, un centre de soins de beauté à des prix raisonnables. En somme, cet hôtel est une très bonne adresse 4-étoiles.

- The lobby area was freezing cold.
-The buffet restaurant was mediocre. We had the half board and the first night a hostess/waiter welcomed us saying rightway that drinks were not included hence we had to order drinks in advance without even been escorted to the table first. This was kind of disappointing since no one told us that the dinner would come without drinks (not even water).
The most ironic part is that the same waiter even forgot to bring the ordered drinks afterwards, in fact, we were already at the second dish and I had to go persoanally to rimind him of our drinks.
The second day the pasta with ragú was ice cold.
- The room was ok, except for the toilet which was small and disapointing. There were no ammenities (hand soap, brush, etc.). There were only 2 soap dispancers in the shower (which only one of them was working) The shower floor was dirty and you could tell that it was not cleaned properly. The water sink was really small and the distance of the water tub and the sink was so small that you could berely fit your hands without touching them. The water pressure was also minimum which made the overall usage of the sink really unconfortable. Also the shower was such a pain! The water would come really hot, even when twisted the handle to cold. Lastly, there was no barrier on the shower floor and since there was an half glass door separator, every time you would take a shower the floor would become a mess (litteraly a lake would appear on the whole bathroom floor).
Service:
- the reception was not really efficient, and well trained, in fact, on several occasions they gave us contrastant informations. Once, I was told over the phone that the swimming pool could be used with infants as well from the morning till 17:00, then I was told at the check in that it could be used the hole day except the from 20 to 21. At the actual spa we were told that only a tiny pool (separated from the main pool could be accessed with babies)...
- We even asked reception to clean our room early as in the early afternoon we would have been back with our baby for his afternoon nap. They told us that they would have our room cleaned by then, but at our return we realized that housekeeping never showed up. You know that this was extremelly disappointing, since we had to arrange the beds ourselves, nothing had been replaced (towels, coffee capsules, rabish, etc.). And even after calling the reception complaining with the situation, they sent us someone after 45 min, when our baby was already asleep... Really disapointing for a 4 star hotel which costs a minimum of 200€ per night.
Lastly, We would like to thank Yamile from the F&B dep. who was extremelly adorable with us and really attentive to any of our needs. We would definitelly need more people like this in the hospitality industry.
