Cet hôtel est magnifique, offrant une vue à couper le souffle. L'emplacement est idéal, à seulement 5 minutes à pied du centre, parfait pour profiter de la tranquillité tout en restant proche des attractions locales. Le véritable atout, c’est le skishop directement dans l’hôtel, qui se trouve également sur les pistes. Le skipass est disponible sur place, ce qui rend l’expérience d’autant plus agréable : à peine arrivés, on se retrouve sur les pistes, avec des chaussures bien chaudes, sans avoir à se soucier de quoi que ce soit. Il s’agit d’une entreprise familiale, et cela se ressent dans l’accueil chaleureux du personnel, toujours à l’écoute et prêt à faire de son mieux pour répondre à nos besoins. La décoration est raffinée, pleine de charme, avec un petit détail que l'on adore : des fleurs fraîches, ajoutant une touche délicate et vivante à l’ambiance. Côté cuisine, c'est un véritable régal ! Les petits déjeuners sont variés et adaptés à tous les goûts, il y a une crêperie ouverte à midi, et le soir ravira les amateurs de cuisine délicate et goûteuse. La famille met tout en œuvre pour offrir un voyage gustatif personnalisé. Les chambres sont un véritable cocon de confort, d’une propreté irréprochable, avec des produits de beauté de grande qualité qui complètent cette expérience. Les seuls petits inconvénients concernent la remise d'une seule clé par chambre, quel que soit le nombre d'occupants, et l’obligation de la rendre à la réception à chaque sortie. Si vous rentrez un peu tard et qu’une autre personne de votre chambre détient déjà la clé, un membre du personnel viendra vous accompagner pour ouvrir la porte, ce qui peut paraître un peu intrusif. De plus, le nombre de caméras de surveillance, bien qu'assurant la sécurité, pourrait en perturber certains. Cela dit, cela peut se comprendre étant donné des expériences passées avec des clients moins respectueux.
Malgré ces détails mineurs, cet établissement reste une perle rare, et nous tenons à remercier chaleureusement tout le personnel pour avoir contribué à faire de notre séjour un moment inoubliable.

The hotel is so good. Location perfect in an area very handy to access the city centre and the ski in and ski out. Very good restaurent for dinner and breakfast. The staff are amazing in the reception, restaurent and in the ski shop. We were very well looked after. I thank everybody for everything.

Very nice hotel with very kind staff and a great location right by the slopes. Great breakfast and the nice crêperie for lunch. The view from the room was magnificent. The room was very spacious. Please note it is a 10 minute walk to the village downhill with a very steep road. The pro shop charges €5 per person per day if you do not rent your skis at the pro shop. We were not advised about this in advance. There is no mini bar in the room. Overall we did really enjoy our time in the hotel!

We were impressed with the nice big suite with fabulous view on the piste and kind service from all personnel.
Received great advice in the skishop and a kind lift to another store to fix a boot problem.
We had twice nice evening dinners with excellent daily suggestions, made by one of the owners, combined with pleasant wines.
Sure to come back on our new trip to Meribel.

Meribel is just magical, however L’Helios will truly cement the his place in your heart. The ski in ski out location is wonderful. The hotel and staff are absolutely wonderful, helpful and patient (with rowdy 3 and 6 year old!).
The room is gorgeous, comfortable and spotless. The restaurant Doron 2 on the slope is just the best option for a small family and friends during the day and the bar upstairs is great service and selections. Cocktails 10/10.
Reception bent over backwards for us with some last minute requests and changes. Nice to finish a holiday without stress. Thanks team L’Helios!

Having been twice as solo and a couple this was our first time as a young family. They loved it - “most favourite hotel ever” (Mstr 3)

My only changes would be to have breakfast available 30-60 mins earlier, as no one prepares you for how long it takes to dress small children in ski gear and navigate down a blue slope to ski school on time and maybe some bar food options for kids available a little earlier so we can have the tired gremlins in bed earlier!

Truly a delightful experience. The hotel has beautiful views, comfortable rooms, and the hotel feels like brand new. We had a wonderful couple of days stay at this family owned and operated hotel.
The Service was impeccable, the rooms were clean and very comfortable.
The breakfast was fresh and delicious, not over the top, just what you need before a day of skiing. What we enjoyed most was the hospitality and friendly and professional service by everybody at the hotel.
We couldn’t recommend this hotel more.

L’hôtel familial idéal à Meribel. Merci aux équipes qui nous font sentir comme chez nous. Aurelie aux petits soins dès l’arrivée, l’équipe de restauration au top et Margaux en top barmaid pour un cocktail devant la cheminée (et un Irish Coffee parfait), l’équipe du restaurant. Merci à Fred au ski shop qui prends soin de se clients. Le tout sous la houlette de Thomas qui gère ses équipes pour que tout soit parfait. La chambre était magnifique, l’emplacement bec départ skis aux pieds pour profiter de la piste tout de suite. Un vrai plaisir de passer un séjour dans cet hôtel qui sait faire plaisir à ses clients. Vivement notre prochain séjour.

Stunning family run hotel that cares a lot about you time with them. Food was lovely and a delightful bar around a fire to get cosy. Excellent location for ski in and ski out. Pro ski shop was very helpful and we would and are going back for another trip!

We love the breakfast and dinner at the hotel restaurant , very good service and super delicious price are very reasonable ????

Très bel hotel de type familial. Un personnel tres accueillant, une bonne organisation. ||L'établissement est propre, la chambre était spacieuse et confortable.||L'hotel est directement sur les pistes et offre des panoramas magnifiques depuis le balcon de votre chambre ou même depuis le bar et les restaurants.

My husband and I stayed at this beautiful resort the last week of February, 24th-March 1st 2024. This was a second trip to The 3 Valleys. Our first trip we stayed in Courchevel with our children. This 2nd trip was just the two of us and we wanted something different. Meribel and L'Helios Hotel and Spa DID NOT DISSAPOINT!!!
From the moment we walked through the doors into the lobby, we felt loved! The staff was beyond friendly, kind and helpful. Going above and beyond the entirety of our stay. The hotel itself is absolutely lovely. I liked that it was a smaller resort because it never felt crowded and the staff had a way of making you feel as if you are the most important guest. Our room was gorgeous, with a king bed, private bathroom, very spacious room, balcony - south facing slopes and mountains. Breakfast was included with our stay. We rented our boots and skis at the hotel pro-shop, again the staff was beyond helpful! Every morning our equipment was out and ready to go. Ski in Ski out made it very convenient. On the last night, my husband and I ate at the hotel restaurant. The food was absolutely delicious!!! Michelin Star worthy!!

My brother and I booked a 3 night stay in l’Hélios and we were not disappointed. Firstly the quality of the hotel itself is one of the best in Méribel. Secondly all the staff were so friendly and helpful - you could tell they were well trained!
The location of the hotel is great - right on the slopes there is an excellent shuttle service which takes you to and from town at your request. You can ski in and out of the slopes which was a big positive for a our stay.
The breakfast was excellent each morning with a selection of hot and cold options such as omelettes and pastries which were first class - and again the staff were very attentive.
Finally the ski shop got us sorted with all our kit required in an efficient manner.
I would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be back soon!

Unfortunately its a shame for the staff and hotel, as the ski room and reception are very friendly and helpful, but it seems the owners or management do not care about their guests at all. ||Some fun facts: There is no gym. There is only one key per room and strangely this key tag shows four stars but hotel claims it is five stars. The shuttle from the hotel only operates until 1700 so for any dinners you need to book a taxi which is very expensive in Meribel!||Breakfast is very limited.||The hotel claims it is a hotel & Spa but the swimming pool was not working for most of our stay and on the last few days was freezing cold. As it was the last week of the hotel before they close we now even suspect the hotel management drained the pool out to save costs. The reception kept giving excuses about the previous guests having damadged the pool but after having paid fully for our stay we expected some kind of compensation from the hotel but never got any from the receptionists. ||I notice also now reading some reviews in tripadvisor now that some other guests have requested the same and not got anything either. I would stay away unless the hotel ownership/managment changes, its just not worth the hassle when you paying so much to have so much issues on a holiday!

We came on ski holidays last month. The experience at the hotel was terrible. Good room but I agree that the owner is the worst ever. He makes you pay for the full stay upfront and then we realize half the amenities at the hotel haven’t worked for an extended period ie the swimming pool and in fact didn’t work for most of our 1 week stay and when asking him for some sort of compensation as the kids were wanting to use the pool everyday post ski, he decided to blame the previous guests for having broken it down and initially agrees on some compensation against a 750-800 euros night stay we paid on which he never compensated us on. He decided to not come in our presence post our complaint. |||| Secondly we paid room with breakfast and he didn’t provide us with options except bread and yoghurt and some fruit and everything else was an extra charge such as pancakes, avocados, eggs, etc. ||||Lastly the owner claims to speak no English but he’s fluent in English and is sniffing out what is being talked about him or his hotel. The owner is also the driver of the hotel so he looks like he’s at a low position and can’t be recognized ||||Overall the worst hotel experience I’ve had in my life and would not recommend any one staying there
