Service, nourriture, chambres, plage et installations : tout est au top !!!
Rstaurant Windsong : Babrah et son équipe étaient très gentilles et s'efforçaient de nous satisfaire.
Les prix sont malheureusement un peu trop élevés.

There are so many plus points but a few to mention :
Rooms are kept spotlessly clean, are spacious and have all the facilities expected of a five star resort.
The location is fantastic with our sea view room being 50 m from the beach. White sandy beach with turquoise blue ocean. It’s the ultimate exotic beach location for a relaxing holiday
Great facilities and events - a full daily schedule of fitness and cultural events to take part in and changes on a daily basis..
Exemplary New Years Eve gala dinner. Complete professionalism from the entire team made this is never to be forgotten experience.
Staff are open and friendly with a can do attitude. Particular shout out to Lady in Red - Aleksandra and to the Fitness team of Kenny and Charles.
Areas for improvement. The Management should take note of where things should be looked at as this would move the overall rating from great to awesome :
Early arrivals which we were given our Emirate flight landed at 0600 are expected to pay circa euro 50 per head for the buffet breakfast. Being hungry after an overnight trip this was not a positive first impression. Make it complimentary - it doesn’t cost you anything and will build goodwill.
Dinner buffets. The food from night to night is 70% the same and the international aspect is extremely limited. This meant we took the buffet only once. This variety of the foods needs to be increased to make the buffet format attractive.
The a la carte restaurant had very inconsistent service. On 4 separate evenings we did not receive what we ordered, service was extremely slow although the food was mostly good when it was served.
There was little or no management oversight of the restaurants or the staff. Management was extremely low key and I saw no greeting of or interaction with the guests.
Lactose free options were limited. It’s expected that full option is available nowadays.
Overall however the pluses far outrated the negatives and have no hesitation to recommend the Kempinski to other visitors to the Seychelles.

Here it is : Seychellen’s people don’t have a lot! Those who want to lift themselves they work! However… the honest people suffer due to the Seychelles cater/mafia and CREOLE and Kempinski are right there together! My advice- stay away! If you can!

The food was always delicious, thanks to chef Emad and chef Ayman for their extra care. Kids club is very nice and helpful. The ladies there are very gentle and friendly.
We stayed during Xmas where they had a lot of nice activities for kids to enjoy and celebrate while adults could relax.. Santa did his magic :)

They are exceptional. They always inquired about my needs, even offering dishes not listed on the menu.
A special thanks to Miss Shanela at the spa for her professional massage services. One point to note is the relatively high food prices, with room service bills differing slightly from the menu prices, including tray and service charges. I wish these fees were more transparently listed on the menu. The resort is definitely worth visiting – everything was beautiful and the staff, including Aung, were very friendly and professional.
