Magnifique! Beautiful tour of the vineyards on comfy, well maintained bikes with a friendly and knowledgeable guide (Thomas). Beautiful scenery, easy to cycle routes and then we tasted six wines, five with a cave (where we had a tour) and one with Thomas as an aperitif. Throughly recommended. Telephone them to book, I did on the day as I wanted to be sure the weather was good. They get v busy in summer I am told. Highlight so far for me! Thanks alot!

Highly recommend! Online booking was easy & biking route was nearby. Good bikes: Rented for myself and my son. Corinne was lovely to talk to and gave us great directions, super friendly.

We are 2 adults and a 6yo who hasn’t learnt to ride far on a larger bike yet. Rather than trying to do that, we opted for 1 Mountain bike and 1 kids tandem bike. This was an awesome bike that helped my daughter practice stand up peddling. We just did our own cycle using Google maps doing the veloroute north then south a few kms each way. Easy to hire, good quality bikes and friendly service. Highly recommend.

Nous avons loué deux vélos pour une journée sur la route des vignes. Très bonne expérience au global : possibilité de commande sur le site, simplicité de retrait/rendu des vélos, eux-mêmes étant de bonne qualité. Merci au staff et en particulier à Corinne pour avoir été très arrangeante.

Excellent bikes and friendly people. The ride from Beaune to Santenay is well marked and easily traveled. Highly recommend! The bike trail north towards Dijon is harder to find as you leave Beaune and I would recommend heading south instead. We had a mix with the more experienced riders comfortable with regular bikes and others on e-bikes and it worked well. We enjoyed a great day on the trail.

Wir haben eine 3 stündige in Englisch geführte Fahrradtour mit 2 Weinverkostung (kein E-Bike) am Nachmittag in die Cote de Beaune gebucht gehabt. Unsere Erwartungen wurden weit übertroffen. Wir waren nur zu zweit mit unserem Guide Valentin. Dieser war sehr sympathisch und höchst kompetent. Er hat uns sehr viel Wissen hinsichtlich der burgundischen Weine vermittelt. Die Landschaft ist herrlich und wir hatten super Wetter. Die Fahrräder waren in einem sehr guten Zustand. Nochmals vielen Dank, Valentin, für diesen schönen und informativen Nachmittag. Wir können dieses Unternehmen absolut empfehlen und würden wieder eine Tour bei diesem Unternehmen buchen.

Réservation facile depuis le site et accueil super agréable ce matin.

Nous avons choisi le parcours « Charlemagne » avec trottinette électrique en parcours libre (sans guide), c’était top!
Pouvoir se laisser guider avec l’appli gps dans les vignes et le petits chemins, quel pied…
A refaire pour notre prochain passage dans le secteur!

great experience in Burgundy doing the all day winery. We were taken to a drop off point up high and made our way down to the lower towns and back up to Beaune. Beautiful views, long ride of about 28km, two nice wineries, nice lunch, so much fun going through the vineyards. The ride was stated as being mostly downhill and there were definitely many more uphills than expected. We still liked it but are in pretty good shape. If you're not used to cycling this would be tough. Otherwise wonderful.

J’ai annulé ma réservation à 9h30 au lieu de 9h. J’avais pris une assurance mais apparemment ce n’est pas la bonne !

Aucun remboursement (total ou partiel), aucun geste commercial, aucune compréhension

130€ perdus alors que les vélos ont étés réservées la veille à 16h. Donc ils ont été bloqués moins de 24h.

En cas de souci, vous ne pouvez absolument pas compter sur eux. Je leur parle depuis 2 semaines mais rien ne bouge

We had a generally good experience with the bike rental. The staff was friendly. The bikes we rented were E-mountain bikes. They worked okay throughout and we had no major faults. However the bikes were not so well maintained. The brake disc was rubbing slightly, and on both our bikes the chain was jumping under high load as the rear casette was too old. Additionally the bikes were quite dirty when received. These are not major problems, but given the very high price, we would expect a much higher level of service.

Vélos très peu sécurisés avec seulement un cadenas flexible proposé. Au vu du prix demandé en cas de vol dans le contrat, cela me paraît bien peu prudent...

Très mauvaise expérience. Nous avons loué deux vélos à Bourgogne Evasion et n'avons reçu qu'un petit cadenas flexible pour protéger les deux vélos. Nous avons demandé si cela suffisait et on nous a assuré que oui. Après nous être fait voler nos deux vélos, comme cela était prévisible avec si peu de sécurité, on nous a demandé de rembourser les prix des vélos neufs, à savoir 800€ par vélo. Aucune assurance n'est mise en place ni aucune caution. Nous regrettons ce manque de professionnalisme de leur part.

Dépaysement assuré avec de magnifiques points de vue tout au long de l'excursion.

PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO RUIN YOUR DAY IN BOURGOGNE.

There was a big issue with one of the bikes, which almost caused a serious accident to my boyfriend in the middle of nowhere in the vineyard. Rather than apologise and give us a manual to investigate the problem, the owner tried to push the issue onto to us and then charge us €80 for a problem with one their own bikes saying that they made a trip to where we were for nothing thus we need to pay for nothing that we caused. We lose the precious 2 hours due to their unprofessionalism, lack of accountability and service manual and rude manner.

Really echoes onto one of the comments below; the lack of apology, lack of accountability and attempt to blame without trying to help or understand the situation was the same at the time. Avoid this company.
