Ottimo hotel in una porzione straordinaria, l'hotel mi ha cambiato la stanza da economy a normale senza chiedermi la differenza di prezzo,stanza pulita materasso ottimo,c'era anche il doppio cuscino,anche la colazione era buona

Posizione molto centrale nella cittadina. Due passi dal mare. Interno curato ordinato e pulito. Personale gentile.

Horrible experience. The room was so small that there was no space around the bed. Very loud from the other rooms, the church ringing every hour and construction work outside The smell in the bathroom was really bad from the pipes and there was mold in the shower.

Angenehmes City Hotel mit sehr nettem und hilfsbereitem Personal. Kleiner Nachteil ist das Parken, aber auch da wird einem sehr ausgiebig geholfen und man wird mehrfach über Parkmöglichkeiten informiert. Frühstück und Zimmer für italienische Verhältnisse sehr ansprechend. Perfekt, wenn man auf der Durchreise noch etwas sehen will.

Hotel posizionato all'interno di una galleria commerciale, centrale poiché comodo al centro.
Hotel classico, pulito, ordinato, personale gentile e simpatico, a differenza della signora addetta alla colazione della mattina del 26: rispondeva ineducatamente a tutti gli ospiti. Colazione molto, molto basica e poco rifornita nonostante fossero ancora presenti e in arrivo numerosi ospiti.
Nel complesso comunque lo consiglio.

Ho passato una notte per lavoro. Camera non grandissima per 1 persona ma pulita e ordinata con tutto il necessario. La colazione varia e molto buona. Il personale gentile e disponibile

Senza acqua calda in bagno, per la colazione pochi varietà per scegliere, l'ascensore rimane bloccato in diversi momenti della giornata.

Personale amabile. Buona ubicazione per fare una passeggiata.

Great location, only a 5 minute walk to the train station. Hotel staff are friendly, helpful and happy to answer your questions. My room was very basic, could do with a refurb. AC was good and much needed, wifi was a bit shakey and slow at times. Breakfast was included but unfortunately they don't really cater for vegans.
The hotel is less than a 5 minute walk to the promenade which is lined with restaurants. The entrance of the hotel is located in an arcade. Loads of places to eat, have coffee and a pastry, all located close by.

Petit hôtel chaleureux pas cher, très propre, personnel très sympathique. Excellent petit-déjeuner. Je recommande vraiment cet hôtel. De plus il est bien placé, en plein centre-ville, accès gare, plage, restaurants, boutiques tout proche.

Très bon rapport qualité/prix. Excellent emplacement, à 5 min de la gare et du bord de mer, personnel très agréable, petit déjeuner buffet parfait. Un endroit à recommander !

Essendo di Rapallo ci sono stato ma non ci ho mai dormito ci ho fatto venire dei parenti. Si sono trovati così bene che tornano qui da più di 10 anni.
Tutto il personale è super preparato e gentile anche oltre ai propri doveri....
Lo straconsiglio....
