Nous avons attendus 15'avant l'accueil,personne avant nous mais une communication longue durée, l'eau (produit blanc pour un 4 étoiles bof) Le souper,l'entrée n'était pas fraiche,probablement restée sur un comptoir trop longtemps,le plat thon rouge laké loin d'être ça et très laide présentation,bruit vaisselle qui casse au souper et au déjeuner un plateau entier,le déjeuner très banal pour 18€

Air conditioning was barely sufficient, on a very hot day. Conscious of the environment (hybrid car and heat pump at home) being older we cannot sleep with heat at night. The centrally controller part of the unit didn’t allow better performance neither. Breakfast cost is on the high side compared to similar class hotels in Netherlands (Leeuwarden, Utrecht), Belgium (Bruges) and Germany (Rothenburg), why are you sending me a survey in English as I booked your hotel in French?

The Hotel is beautiful. The building and the premises are in great condition. The air conditioning was welcome during the heat wave. The food at the restaurant was excellent, as were the staff in the restaurant and the front desk. I was very impressed with the hotel and will come again the next time I am in Verdun.
My single complaint is the internet. It certainly was not up to the standards of the rest of the hotel. It lagged and I had problems using email even, let alone download attachments that I needed to read for work.

Our hosts were gracious, helpful, friendly and allowed our stay to be stress free. The breakfast was everything we could want and more. The rooms and grounds were lovely.

Hôtel magnifique avec un personnel aux petits soins pour ses clients. De la discrétion, du professionnalisme, un réel sens du service client. Je recommanderai à mes amis et j’y retournerai sans aucun doute.

Un très bel établissement au cœur de la ville avec parking . Et au centre de toute l'activité touristique. L'accueil, aussi bien a la réception qu'au bar, est professionnel, attentif et efficace. Un parc où il fait bon se poser pour prendre un thé ou un verre a l'ombre des grands arbres . Bref un endroit où l'on revient avec réel plaisir et qu'on conseille à ses amis.

Ihre Zimmer sind sauber, das Haus ist schön und Ihre Mitarbeiter sind freundlich. Leider ist der Lärm vom Boot direkt vor der Tür unerträglich. Wir mussten mitten in der Nacht das Zimmer wechseln, weil es so laut war. Uns wurde in der Nacht vom Nachportier und am morgen von der Rezeptionistin erklärt "da können wir nichts machen, das ist halt ein anderes Unternehmen". Für die Umsände hätte man uns wenigstens die Parkgebühr erlassen können. Also insgesamt gut, aber im Konflikt sind ihre Mitarbeiter schlecht geschult.

De bar was jammergenoeg niet open. Er waren 3 momenten waarbij ik er gebruik van zou gemaakt hebben. Het personeel was wel altijd zeer vriendelijk. Mooie en propere kamers. Comfortabel met de grote haardroger en regendouche.

Mary at front desk was excellent as was the night desk man who’s name I cannot remember. Attitudes of staff superlative. Very comfortable room. Luggage racks not available so had to use floor and desk. Made no sense not to have basic equipment.

Notre séjour dans cet hôtel ce weekend s'est très bien passé, le personnel est très souriant et avenant. Notre chambre, avec cet immense lit et cette magnifique salle de bain, nous ont ravie.
Pour le petit déjeuner, tout est à disposition, et assez varié.
Seul petit bémol, nous avions pris l'option avec l'accès au spa, mais ce dernier était toujours en maintenance, en contrepartie l'hôtel nous a offert le parking.
Nous reviendrons avec plaisir dans votre hotel.
