I absolutely loved my weekend stay at Hotel Mignon. It was such an amazing spot for the price! The owners were extremely welcoming and kind - and upon my arrival, I was generously upgraded from a single room to a double. Avignon is already a very walkable city, but Hotel Mignon’s location is perfect - just a five minute walk to the Pont and the Palais, and located on a street with lots of cute shops. My room was warm, the bed was comfortable, the shower was warm and spacious, and the view out onto the street was lovely. I didn’t take advantage of the hotel breakfast but it smelled great! It was nice and quiet pretty much 24/7! I highly recommend this spot, especially for solo travelers like myself!

Un petit hôtel sympathique avec un brin de charme mais un petit inconvénient j regarder les commentaires avant de réserver et sur certains commentaires il parlait de la chambre 7 au deuxième étage qui avez des soucis d eau chaude et comme par hasard quand je suis arriver on m'a donner la chambre 7 mais toujours le même problème d eaux chaude du coup la réception ma changer de chambre qui étai moin bien que la 7 dommage et tout sa aucun remboursement de quelques chose ou de petit déjeuner offert alort que la deuxième chambre était plus petite donc je pense moins cher

I had no reservation. I spoke with the proprietor, Leo, for many minutes. I asked if I could stay and he gave me a room for 2 nights at a very reasonable rate. His english was perfect and he gave great directions and great recommendations for sites to see in Avignon. I had several conversations with him during the course of my stay; a sort of friendship. His hotel is within steps to the heart of the city and easy walking distance to the historic sites, shops, and restaurants. I was fortunate to stay there.

Very cozy and friendly accomodation! Well-located and priced

I stayed here with my friend in October, and we had an incredible experience! The room was always cleaned and they would leave us with teas, soap, and coffee everyday. It is well located, right in the center of town. 20 min walk from the train station.

Most importantly, I have to mention that the couple who owns the place are so kind and accommodating! At one point they helped us open a wine bottle that we couldn't figure out haha. The man at reception also gave us some great suggestions for exploring the city and taking a day trip. Any requests we had, they always helped with, and they made us feel very at home as Americans.

Thank you so much for making our trip even better! Definitely, stay here for the great price and comfortable experience :)

Vraiment très satisfaite de mon séjour! L'hôtel est IDEALEMENT situé. Un accueil chaleureux, une chambre tout à fait correcte avec des petites attentions, c'est très cosy et il y a tout ce qu'il faut! Ils ont même accepté de garder ma valise le lendemain pour profiter d'avignon. Quand je vois ce que j'ai payé pour ma chambre et bien je ne pouvais pas rêver mieux! Mille merci

Located right in the centre of town in the old part surrounded by gorgeous architecture Hotel Mignon sits. The staff were lovely, spoke English and looked after me well. I had a cozy room to myself that looked out over the city. Watching the sun set over it is something I’ll keep with me. 10/10 would absolutely stay there again.

Venus pour visiter Avignon, nous avons choisi cet hôtel car au centre de tout. Accueil chaleureux, on nous a parlé de ce qu'il y avait à voir et à faire. Chambre propre avec tout le nécessaire pour passer un bon séjour. Petit déjeuner sympa avec 2 formules très copieuses. Hôtel intimiste, on s'y est senti comme à la maison!
On reviendra, merci à vous pour ce week-end.

Emplacement super, au cœur de la vieille ville, à quelques rues du palais des papes. La chambre que nous avons occupée était correcte, avec une salle de bain minuscule et un rideau de douche minimal. Regret de ne pas pouvoir rendre la chambre totalement opaque dans un lieu où on vient dormir, un rideau ne suffisant pas et le volet ne pouvait pas se fermer à cause des store de devanture. Accueil agréable et petit déjeuner satisfaisant. Une bonne expérience globale.

Nettes kleines Familienhotel mitten in der historischen Innenstadt. Sehr hilfsbereites und aufmerksames Personal. Das Zimmer war zwar nicht sehr modern aber dafür sehr liebevoll hergemacht. Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Wir haben 65€ für das Doppelzimmer die Nacht bezahlt.
Leider hatten wir ein Zimmer zur Straße raus. In der kleinen engen Straße fängt sich der Lärm des Durchgangsverkehrs. Auch Nachts ist es nicht sehr ruhig, weil z.B. Motorräder unter dem Fenster her fuhren. Wer geräuschempfindlich ist, sollte besser ein Zimmer nach hinten raus bestellen.
Ansonsten gerne wieder.

Une chambre affreuse. Climatisation qui sent l'oeuf pourris. Rideaux et décoration dans son ensemble de mauvais goût ( c'est pas possible de dormir avec une dame imprimé sur les rideaux qui nous regarde). Fenêtre qui ne s'ouvre pas entièrement, placard cassé, salle de bain dans une armoire avec une porte coulissante. Le tout pour un prix excessif dû à l'emplacement. Rien de convivial ou de mignon c'est juste un endroit anxiogène où on préfère dormir dehors devant le palais des papes.

I had a wonderful time at Hotel Mignon over my 6 night stay! The hotel is very conveniently located by the Avignon Centre and Avignon TGV train stations, making day trips very easy. The room was clean, beautiful, historical, and very comfortable. The front desk staff was very kind and knowledgeable, and then whole experience felt wonderful and very safe as a solo female traveler. The best option if you travel to Avignon!

Késő este érkeztünk. Szíves fogadtatásban volt részünk . Felvilágosítást kaptunk minden kérdésünkre . Térképet kaptunk hol tudunk parkolni ,honnan hova jutunk stb.
A szoba megfelelő,tiszta. Légkondicionáló nincs de ezzel a foglaláskor tisztába voltunk.
A hotel a történelmi városrészben van fantasztikus hangulatú utcák veszik körbe. Annak ellenére hogy fáradtak voltunk tettünk egy nagy sétát .
Másnap korán ébredve bejártunk minden zegzugos csoda utcácskakat. De úgy döntöttünk vissza térünk még ide egy egész hétvégére.

One of my best experiences in Avignon, the hotel has an amazing location, comfortable rooms and a delicious breakfast. I visited many historical places near the hotel. Places like Post Saint Bénézet and the Pope's Palace. I just had to walk around and enjoy the peace of the area.

Une authenticité, un charme d’antan, une délicatesse remarquable des propriétaires de l’hôtel . Pour un 2 étoiles c’est vraiment très bien .
A recommander!! Privilégions ces petits hôtels si mignons, si authentiques , on se sent chez soi.

Absolutely loved the charm and authenticity of this small hotel. Very clean and comfortable. XIV th century building with AC! Also it is walking distance from all the main tourist attractions and 1 min away from public parking. Couldn't have asked for more from a 2-star hotel. Thank you and I hope to return some day!

Schattig hotel, uitstekende locatie midden in de oude levendige binnenstad, binnen heerst kalmte en rust, waar de uitbaters je met warmte en behulpzaamheid ontvangen. Men heeft zelfs een plaats voor mijn fiets gevonden, ondanks plaatsgebrek. Dank u daarvoor! Ik had een 1-persoonskamer incl. piepkleine douche en wastafel, het toilet op de gang. Alles is klein maar praktisch. Het gebouw is dan ook geen hypermoderne woonblok maar een sympatisch deel van een historische stad. Ik heb een uitstekend en ontspannend weekend doorgebracht.

I recently stayed at Hotel Mignon in Avignon during my first backpacking trip through France, and it was a wonderful experience. The room was perfect for me and very clean, reflecting the overall well-maintained condition of the hotel.

While I didn't partake in the breakfast option, I was impressed with the service provided by the manager. He was a very kind man who made me feel welcome right away. Despite my lack of French, he was able to clearly explain everything and answer my questions about the town. His knowledge of Avignon's history was impressive and added a special touch to my visit.

Avignon itself is a fantastic town, and I'm grateful I had the chance to explore both inside and outside the historic walls. A big thank you to the front desk manager for making my first solo travel experience a bit easier and more enjoyable. I hope to return and stay at Hotel Mignon again soon!

Couple très accueillant et serviable. Vue d'extérieur l'hôtel porte bien son nom, il est mignon avec un certain cachet qui fait son charme, très bien situé.
Mais les chambres, rien ne va. La chambre est minuscule, les lit son inconfortable et usé, on voit que le matelas a accueilli beaucoup de monde. Des tâches sur l'alèse. De la moisissure dans la salle de bain, l'eau chaude met longtemps à arriver, rideau de douche trop petit, d'ailleurs pas de place dans la salle de bain, obligé d'ouvrir la porte ne serait ce que pour ce tourné. Déco et peinture vetuste, abîmé et pas du tout représentatif de cette belle ville d'Avignon.
Apéritif de bienvenue absent, petit déjeuner non conforme à ce qui était annoncé.
Donc mis à part le personnel tout est a revoir et c vraiment dommage.

Albergo al centro della città, comodissimo per visitare tutto il centro storico. Consiglio vivamente.
Appena fuori le mure, a qualche centinaio di metri dall'albergo c'è un parcheggio grande.
Camera sobria, ma con tutti i comfort.
