Pelegrini=dragulj HR gastronomije. Svaki od slijedova savrseno uparen sa lokalnim vinima, savrseno mijesto. Hvala puno cijelom timu.

Zamjerka na brzinu sljedova. Kako smo bili jedini u restoranu tako su sljedovi išli doslovno jedan za drugim, kao da su nas htjeli otpremiti šta prije. Na kraju večeri ispred mene je bilo 5 čaša nepopijenog vina (100 eura je pratnja vina uz jelo) jer jednostavno nisam stigao popiti, naročito zato šta je svako jelo imalo svoje vino. Sve ostalo je u redu i osoblje je ljubazno.

Just amazing. Better than many other Michelin star rated restaurants in France and Germany. These guys are passionate about their food and giving the best possible service. Thanks for a very memorable experience!!

In France, there is a ubiquitous chain of frozen food shops called Picard whose signature item is bland but cutely shaped hors d'oeuvres that get defrosted for cheap office holiday parties - the "Pelegrini experience" reminded me of those: awfully bland but presented in cute little shapes.
How this place got a Michelin star is incomprehensible. Not "worth a detour" unless it is to avoid it.
The highlight of the evening was a deeply aromatic Croatian white wine I really enjoyed and the friendly demeanor of the manager/sommelier .
The low point was everything on our plates: a parade of precious but uninspired and bland dishes served on hilariously ugly plates, consistently at the wrong temperature - lukewarm or congealed. This was particularly unpleasant for a thick potato velouté over which a duck broth was poured and we were instructed to combine, but alas, the artfully piped potato mash was cold and the broth was tepid so after awkwardly mixing the two you ended up with congealed mashed potato clumps in cold broth. How hard is it to serve broth HOT when you only have two customers? I kept giving them the benefit of the doubt, hoping the next plate would be better, but no. A refreshing raw sea bass dish with fresh tomato gel was completely overpowered by a too heavy handed spludge of black olive tapenade that ruined the delicate fish. The octopus was overcooked and covered in already congealing sauce. Even the desserts were bland and lacked creativity: a strawberry plate was composed of sorbet, gelée rounds and coulis which all had in common a sad lack of strawberry aroma or flavor. I would have killed for one single ripe strawberry in place of that whole overworked and underwhelming mess.
Oh, and we were put at a table in the back corner, to gaze wistfully at the two tables with a view, which we presumed had been reserved for later arrivals, only to realize two hours into our meal that we were the only two clients the place would get all night (a Friday).
The locals are obviously wise to this pretentious, overpriced tourist trap.

Absolutely amazing. Cuisine was perfect and elevated. A true Michelin restaurant. I dine at many Michelin restaurants all over the world and Pelegrini is my absolute favorite. Each dish creative and tastes delicious! The amuse bouche was wonderful as well.
I have an allergy and I’m very grateful the chef accommodated me. The service was phenomenal. Outstanding.

The setting on the terrace was very pleasant and the table arrangement was very generous. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable on the food and wine menu. Only the 6 course tasting menu was available on the night, with 3 other complimentary dishes making it quite a filling dinner even though some dishes were petite. All the ingredients were sourced locally and very fresh. Majority of the dishes were very good but some were quite average. The experience would have been so much more interesting had the chef met the guests to explain his thought process.

We had an great table outside on a sundrenched evening, the terrace and views are absolutely stunning. Great menu and an especially interesting winelist, with many wines sourced by the restaurant itself and created in cooperation with local producers.
The menu, beautifully plated and served on specially made tableware was quite good, however there were some notable "hits and misses". For example: the pasta roll with duck was so great I almost asked for seconds but the coquille dish was underwhelming and underseasoned (and the coquille quite hard to find). Overall, however, the menu was good.
Two small points of criticism: for vegetarians, there is room for improvement: some excellent dishes, but also some real letdowns (the "pizza slice" being the best example). The menu price is the same as the regular menu, so the vegetarian menu really should be on par in terms of quality too.
Also, the staff (although very friendly) seemed quite hasty and poured the first 2 glasses of our wine pairings within 5 minutes of each other to keep up with the tempo of the kitchen, something that is really unacceptable at this level (especially since a glass from the pairings menu comes down to about 15 euros!). The rest of the menu was also served in a quick tempo, even though we requested to slow down a bit.
Once again however, these are relatively small issues.
We had a very satisfying evening at Pelegrini ❤️

Had a beautiful experience at Pelegrini, having their taster menu. Very greatful as despite being fully booked, they managed to squeeze me and my husband in. The food and service was perfection and I highly recommend.

What an evening! I was just expecting a tasty dinner but this was more of a dining experience and one I won’t forget.

This place is definitely the best fine dining experience in Dalmatia. It’s my 3rd time to dine in Pelegrini and each time the experience is unique. Service is outstanding, especially Branimir who’s choice of wines we enjoy the most. But above all, Branimir’s feeling for all guest’s senses.. amazing. Mentioning the food would be .. silly.. :);) best of the best. Thank you and see you again, for sure :)

Une soirée dans un cadre magnifique. Le menu dégustation un peu trop long. Visuellement très beaux plats. Les desserts un peu décevants. Intéressant de ne pas prendre l’accord mets vins mais plutôt 2-3 verres de vin durant le repas

Pelegrini obiskujem tako rekoč od vsega začetka. Hrana je še vedno odlična, a se je nekoliko odmaknila od tipične dalmatinske kuhinje, ki nas je navduševala v preteklosti. Postrežba dobra. Osebno me je zmotilo, da osebje pri vsaki mizi pripoveduje ene in iste zgodbice.
Ena zvezdica manj zaradi vinske spremljave. V preteklost nas je Branimir popeljal v skrite kotičke vrhunske hrvaške vinske scene. Tokrat smo pili samo hišna vina, za katera pa je cena 100 EUR odločno previsoka. Vina niso slaba, a po mojem mnenju ne parirajo odlični hrani.

Lokacija prekrasna, usluga na razini. Međutim, jela u sljedovima od preko 3h, 10 sljediva niti jedno nas nije istinski iznenadilo ili očaralo. Neka su jela bila samo ok, ali većina je bila na granici prihvatljiva. Očekivali smo puno više, nezaboravno iskustvo, a to nismo dobili i zbog toga smo razočarani. Bili smo u jako puno restorana i moram priznati da nije pitanje cijene koja nije mala, vec jela koja nisu oduševila. Sva su bila hladna osim jednog. Glavni kuhar se nje došao ni predstaviti. Sve djeluje da je dosta komercijalizurano i plaća se pompa koja nije opravdana. Stoga, nema našu preporuku.
