Nice place with a great atmosphere and friendly staff, I recommend!
I’d like to say the service here was the worst I’ve had in my entire life, but that would be doing this establishment justice, as there was NO service in the first place. If it were possible to give negative stars, I would do so with zero hesitation.
My family and I were sent to a table and told to wait for a server, and were promptly ignored for over 15 minutes. What’s more, we even waved repeatedly at waiters (who are apparently long overdue for a visit to the optometrist’s) and there were practically no other customers in the restaurant at all (in hindsight, for very good reason).
There was not even a member of staff waiting at the reception desk, though I doubt now that it would have made any difference as apparently not a single person who works here is sentient enough to respond to visual cues which I would have assumed would be challenging for perhaps a child of three or a chimpanzee.
Our time would have been better spent trying to teach a badger Chinese.
TLDR: Avoid this restaurant at all costs unless you wish to waste half an hour either admiring crude decorations depicting obscure rock bands from the 20th century or maybe reconsidering your life choices which led up to stepping foot in this ‘restaurant’.
