We spent 5 nights at this amazing hotel, the rooms are large and very clean with mini bar, coffee and tea facilities, safe, iron, ironing board, hairdryer and all toiletries you require. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming we could not faulty the hospitality. Location is perfect short walk into the old town. Plenty of choice at the breakfast buffet both hot and cold food with options of having freshly cooked eggs and pancakes. Would highly recommend.

We have just returned to the UK today after an amazing stay at the Hilton Imperial Dubrovnik. The staff were so friendly and the service was impeccable! I can’t say enough about the warmth and kindness of everyone I or my family interacted with! We definitely will be back!

This was definitely one of the best Hilton hotels we have ever stayed at. As a Diamond Honors member I received an upgrade to a wonderful Deluxe Suite with incredible views of the Old Town and the sea.

Without exception the staff were extremely professional and very friendly. We asked the concierge whether there were any places nearby that one of us could get a tennis lesson while in town - he was able to arrange one with very little notice at a small club across town which gave us the opportunity to explore more of Dubrovnik.

The hotel itself is immaculate and you could not ask for a better location. The rooms were cleaned timely and there is a turndown service. The breakfast service was a great start to the day with tables on the terrace with a very good selection of food and drinks available.

There is an Executive Lounge with an evening happy hour which was a relaxing way to get some pre dinner drinks and appetizers. The bar is well stocked and again the service was excellent.

We didn’t have time to use the fitness facilities but did have a quick peek - plenty of equipment and a nice indoor pool which were not busy at the time of our visit.

In summary I would highly recommend this hotel!

Lovely hotel with spacious rooms and bathrooms. Friendly staff and great location close to Pile gate. Excellent breakfast buffet with a wide range of choices and hot food to order (pancakes, waffles, eggs). Many sites and restaurants within walking distance. Made use of the steam room, sauna and indoor pool which were not busy at all. Enjoyed our stay and would recommend if you are looking for a hotel close to the main tourist area in Old Town. However look elsewhere if you want more of a resort hotel with an outdoor pool.

Room was small for the price, and the bathroom was 3-star in size and quality. Other than that, I found the staff helpful, the breakfast very good, and the location unbeatable.

Hilton Imperial was one of the best places we have recently stayed at. If I could I would give 6 stars. We were spoiled from the very first minute of our arrival until the very end.
Everybody is extremely nice and friendly. The service is of a very high quality standard. We were treated as diamond members with all the perks and more. Our room was spacious, beautiful and has amazing views of the sea and the old city which is just a couple of minutes walk. Nearest beach was also just a couple of minutes on foot which makes it very convenient for a quick swim. Breakfast was delicious and the restaurant is very nice. We ended up having two dinners here as the quality and presentation of meals was very good.
Special shout out to Ivana in the restaurant, it was always nice to see here smile at breakfast, what a great start to our days. The building itself is very beautiful and nicely decorated.
I would definitely recommend this hotel to any traveler who appreciates high level of hospitality.

Great location next to city walls gate and a great hotel with historic grandeur and a great terrace.
We stayed on the 4th floor with room facing old walls and was a large room with big bed and good bathroom. What you would expect from a Hilton in a prime location..
Good service but Spa and pool closed so they put on a free transfer to the Rixos. Bonus.

Comfortable, classy and strategically placed hotel to fully enjoy Dubrovnik with zero hassle: great logistics thanks to the proximity to the old town and to the availability of a garage. Facilities are well decorated and looked after, style is well balanced between modernity and local tradition. Beds are comfy and bathrooms are roomy. Breakfast is definitely satisfactory thanks to a versatile buffet and a very prompt service. Pool and spa facilities are OK for a quick dip and sauna but could be improved (the most limiting factor is the lack of an outside view). Good overall experience and effective solution for a regenerating stay!

Perfect location and easily accessible by car. I was here with my family, including a small child, and it was an easy 5-minute walk to Old Town. The rooms are spacious and clean and the staff was very friendly. Everyone spoke perfect English. I did not have an ocean view room but I still had a nice view of the city and fortress walls. Lastly, the breakfast was incredible and the executive lounge was well-stocked.

Exterior is amazing. Overall I though the staff was not very kind. The worst experience was when I asked the concierge to book a private tour and specifically asked for a tour guide that was good with kids. After the tour I reported to the same person that the guide was really bad and we ended it early because how dull it was and how she couldnt keep the kids attention for a single minute. The concierge barely acknowledge this before walking back to his station. Overall some staff were polite, but nobody went above and beyond which is what I expect of Hilton. The room was nice, but the shower is a safety issue, the tub is very tall and there is no grab bar and the floor gets super slippery, be careful. THe parking was crowded because of a broken elevator and the pool was closed. Not a great experience.

Posizione perfetta per il centro storico, sono veramente due passi dalla antica porta e "stradun" così come da bus e taxi.
Silenzioso , molto spazioso,elegante ma sobrio e funzionale con bellissima sala fitness. Personale alla reception molto cortese, veloce, pratico e efficiente.
Camera bella con aria condizionata silenziosa e funzionante molto bene
Acqua calda in doccia con tempi velocissimi.
Pecche....:
Colazione non all'altezza di Hilton con dolci assenti (neppure una torta ma pochi pasticcini di bassa qualità). Affettati pessimi, visivamente da discount, così come i tre soli e banali (edamer Emmental e trapist) formaggi presenti.
Due sole marmellate al cucchiaio . Al tavolo manca un cestino porta rifiuti.
In camera un solo set di ciabatte, e accappatoi di piccola taglia adatti più a donne.
A metà marzo con circa 20 gradi all esterno i piumini forse non sono l ideale così come i cuscini in piuma, scomodissimi, che andrebbero integrati con due in memory in armadio al posto dell' inutile asse e ferro da stiro poco consoni in una king superior.
I set di shampoo ecc a pompa in bagno non sono da 5 stelle (danno l idea del risparmio)ed è molto più elegante e gradito il set .

Nema dovoljno superlativa za nahvaliti ovaj hotel!
Redoviti sam gost i moje odusevljenje svakim posjetom raste.
Rade predivni mladi ljudi, od recepcije do kuhinje, ljubazni i usluzni. Lokacija je apsolutno najbolja u gradu, dorucak fantastican, interijer nevjerojatan, sve pohvale dizajnerima!
Zamjerku imam oko kave, ne znam sto se dogodilo s cijelim Dubrovnikom da je svuda prelosa kava - Promijenjte ju molim vas!

Hilton Dubrovnik is absolutely magnificent, fantastic location, the best location in the city and all the facilities are top-notch.
I thoroughly enjoyed every minute of my stay, it was simply amazing. The view from the room I they have upgraded me to as a diamond member is incredible and even sitting on the balcony was quiet.
The AC worked properly, ensuring a comfortable stay. The room was always spotless, turndown service with little chocolate on pillows makes the bedtime super comfortable. The reception, breakfast and executive lounge team are so friendly, helpful and efficient, making the stay completely stress free. We look forward to staying at this magnificent place next time!
Highly recommended. Loved hiking the Srj, easy hike behind the hotel, so much nicer than taking the cable car.

Great location and great views. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The hotel interior had classic decor. Very bright and fresh. The Imperial Bar server Dominik made our stay. Very customer oriented and professional. Made great cocktails and espresso. He takes great pride in his craft. He also gave great recommendations for local scenery and restaurants. The restaurant that served the breakfast buffet is a server named Damir. He definitely went out of his way to accommodate my husband and I. You can't beat the location of this hotel. It's literally 100 meters from Old Town. This place is just perfect!
