Freundliche Rezeption, angenehme Zimmergröße, wir hatten alles was man für einen angenehmeren Aufenthalt benötigt.
Das Frühstücksbuffet war umfangreich.
Da das Hotel in einer ruhigen Umgebung gelegen ist, konnten wir problemlos bei offenem Fenster schlafen ohne gestört zu werden.

Came to visit Prague for the first time, as I was visiting a friend. It is well located in Prague 2, and has good access to the metro and tram nearby. Extremely well versed staff, and can speak multiple languages to assist you in any requests you might have! The rooms are very spacious and the hotel overall is well maintained. The buffet breakfast is a must have! The staff are well spoken and very nice and I couldn't have had my experience in Prague off to a better start! Would highly recommend this hotel if you intend on visiting Prague in the future!!

Without any doubt the best hotel in Prague! Breakfast was very tasty with so many variations. They have everything you could ask for! I have never seen staff smile so much, but being very professional and helpful! Rooms were extremely clean and quite historical location. Definitely recommend!

As it was my first time in Prague and i am not a good trip planer :) The staff was really helpful and gave me so many wonderful recommendations, also they were really friendly. The location was so convenient, quite area with historical style. I loved the hotel and would recommend to everyone!

Delusa!!! Colazione non degna da 4 stelle. Brioches e fette biscottate inesistenti. Di dolce c'era solamente 2 torte (confezionate). Camere piccole diverse dalla descrizione al momento della prenotazione. L'ultima mattina, alle 8, hanno cominciato a trapanare all'interno dell'albergo. Capisco che si debba lavorare ma magari in orari diversi dato che si ospitano turisti che magari vogliono dormire un po di più del solito! La sera alle ore 22:30 vado al bar della hall, chiedo una bottiglia di acqua e mi viene risposto che il bar è chiuso. Questo è un servizio base che non si può negare ad un ospite. Sono rimasta senza parole anche perché li nei dintorni a quell'ora chiaramente e tutto chiuso.

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt im Hotel Ametyst. Das Zimmer war renoviert und sauber, der Service war auch gut ebenso wie das Frühstücksbuffet. Das Hotel befindet sich ca. 1,8km vom Stadtkern entfernt, aber das kann man wunderbar zu Fuß oder mit den Öffis erreichen.

Hôtel calme, avec chambre spacieuse, propre et tout confort !
Personnel disponible, accueillant et parlant l'anglais.

Dobrý pomer cena/kvalita :) všetko bolo v poriadku , dobrý prístup do centra Prahy, tiché prostredie, izby čisté, raňajky vyhovujúce :)

Wir waren über Weihnachten dort die Lage des Hotels ist gut man muss 2 Stationen fahren um ins Zentrum zu gelangen. Das Frühstück war nichts besonderes die Mitarbeiter eher unfreundlich sie gucken nicht bevor sie was auf den Tisch stellen. Das Brot hatte zb Schimmel Gemüse war schon zu alt zum Servieren. Die Ambiente ist lieblos.

Albergo nella parte nuova di Praga. Camere pulite, senza nessuna pretesa. Colazione solo salata, di dolce solamente dei pezzettini piccoli di torta asciutta , caffè all'americana praticamente imbevibile.
Molto delusi....praga città affascinante. Non credete a chi vi dice che a Praga costa tutto poco, ormai giustamente hanno mangiato la foglia, si spende come in qualsiasi capitale europea.

Mitarbeiter unmotiviert, Einrichtung in die Jahre gekommen, Frühstück mittelmäßig, sehr hellhörig und laut. Lage ist ok, insgesamt aber eher keine Weiterempfehlung. Waren zu viert, in Familie vom 25.12. - 28.12.23 dort.

Nettes, zuvorkommendes Personal. Die Zimmer sind frisch renoviert. Die Lage in der Nähe der Metro und zwei Strassenbahnhaltestellen machen es zur idealen Basis für Ausflüge. Es empfiehlt sich, einen Stellplatz in einer nahegelegenen Tiefgarage bei der Buchung zu reservieren.

Tökéletes helyen van, nyugodt csendes, tiszta környezet, gyalogosan 20 perc a központ. Sajnos a szauna nincs a szoba árba, fizetős. Parkolás közterületen lehetséges csak.
