Service was extremely slow.
Moreover, the spa front desk didn’t have anyone to assist us.
No late check out available in the most expensive hotel of Prague ?????
Do yourself a favor and book Four Seasons or Mandarin for cheaper than this.
We were lucky to visit the splendid State Opera and experienced a performance of the Opera "Tosca" - a must when you are in Prague!
We especially want to thank the helpful and welcoming reception staff, especially Concierge Bilel!! He assisted us with finding our way and pointing out sightseeing spots. Always SINCERELY friendly and helpful!! See his photo attached. Be sure to look him up!!
A big thank you also to the professional and friendly staff at their Spa - we enjoyed very relaxing massages and recommend it highly.
The breakfast buffet was a delight - the choices of tasty and high quality food were countless. The restaurant staff welcoming and the service superb!
We highly recommend the Grand Mark and are looking forward to visiting in the near future.

The room we stayed in had some really bad sewer smell. Really didn’t notice the first night, had checked in late and was tired due to long flights and also the room was sprayed with strong cleaning products. Could not sleep, had stuffy and runny nose all night long. The next day got up and explored the city and came back to a really really bad smelling room. Told the front desk if they could see the reason and solve it while we had our evening walk. When we came back the front desk said it has been solved and we would no longer smell it. Again they sprayed with some really strong chemicals. The sewer smell persisted and got worse, so had to change the room in the middle of the night into a much smaller room.
The air quality was much better in that tiny room facing the courtyard.
The peacocks are cute little addition, the yard is OK, looks great on the pictures.
Die Zimmer sind top so wie das gesamte Ambiente.
Ganz besonders möchte ich den Portier Bilal hervorheben. Er ist sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit ohne jemals aufdringlich zu sein.

El personal super atento a las necesidades del cliente y muy abamble. Me encantó.
Rezervovanú sme mali izbu kategórie Superior.
Po príchode som ako člen Leaders Clubu žiadal upgrade izby, ale nebolo mi vyhovené.
Izba, ktorú sme dostali, bola na treťom podlaží s "výhľadom" do tmavého vnútorného dvora (nie záhrady). Výhoda bola v tom, že tam bolo absolútne ticho, ale zároveň všetky sem orientované izby, obzvlášť tie na nižších podlažiach, sú naozaj veľmi tmavé.
Počas noci je toto átrium osvetlené nepríjemným modrým svetlom. Ak dobre nedoliehajú závesy, tak ako to bolo v našom prípade, tak vám to svieti dnu a ruší spánok.
V našej izbe vŕzgala podlaha a v kúpeľni bolo na podlahe niečo klzké, čo po našom upozornení upratali, ale samozrejme v tejto kategórii by sa niečo takéto nemalo stať.
Izba pôsobila "použitým" dojmom, ale posteľ bola pohodlná.
Po prvej noci som preto požiadal recepciu o výmenu izby.
Ponúkli nám izbu Duplex Suite, ktorá bola výrazne lepšia, aj keď rovnako orientovaná do vnútorného dvora a tmavá.
Izby by si zaslúžili väčší dôraz na detail. Nakrivo uchytený televízor alebo krivé a uvoľnené dvere na skriniach.
Raňajky boli primerané kategórii.
Hotel má malé, ale veľmi príjemné SPA.
