I am very sorry for choosing this hotel. Rooms without facilities, not even a cutlery, a spoon. For the smallest thing, you have to go to the reception. There is no daily cleaning. We went to the reception for cleaning three times during 3 days, until finally on the day Third, they changed the bed sheets. Even though we had arranged the hotel reservation by phone before arriving and they said that the hotel is suitable for disabled people,but there was only an elevator, everything was like normal bathroom and toilet, regardless of the needs of a disabled person, which We had arranged by phone. The beds were very uncomfortable. The staff was very disrespectful and the quality of service was very low. The noise around the hotel does not leave peace for the traveler. I am sorry that we traveled to the Czech Republic with this hotel. In our opinion, this is The hotel is not even two stars, let alone four stars.

The location is very good. The room was clean and nicely done. The room was very hot during our stay, no AC (we visited hotel at the end of march). It was difficult to sleep, we had to open the windows which made sleeping even more difficult because of the outside noices (people parting etc). Too small blankets and pillows were too high. Breakfast selection was poor, the quality wasnt’t best. You can feed yourself with sandwiches but warm food wasnt good.
My towel had a hole and towels were not changed during our stay.
But the view from our room was amazing.

Hotel con muy buena ubicación.Es lo único que tiene.El servicio es pésimo,muy mal educados, muy malas formas en la atención.No hacen las camas en 3 días ni por supuesto limpian en esos 3 días.La accesibilidad es pésima,las bañeras tienen una altura de más de medio metro y es muy peligrosa la salida de la bañera.No lo recomendaría de ninguna manera.

Ubytování dostačující pro víkendovou návštěvu Prahy . Snídaně taktéž dostačující. Přístup na MHD v blízkosti hotelu. Oceňujeme výhled na Vltavu . Určitě v budoucnu opětovně využijeme tento hotel .

Ubicación muy buena, a solo 8 minutos a pie de la plaza vieja. El buffet de desayuno estaba bien pero tampoco era gran cosa. Respecto a la recepción, cuando llegamos al hacer el check in nos atendió un hombre que no fue muy amable, en lo que le damos los dni se puso a atender a otros clientes y estuvo con ellos mucho rato. Y nosotros esperando aunque habíamos llegado antes. Cuando fuimos a hacer el check out no había nadie en recepción. Después de 10 minutos esperando tuvimos que ir a buscar las chicas del desayuno porque nos teníamos que ir y no aparecía nadie, fueron a buscar al recepcionista y por fin apareció después de 15 minutos. Con respecto a las habitaciones, la nuestra estaba bien, limpia y con buenas vistas. La almohada más plana no podía ser. Estuvimos alojados 4 noches y al segundo día me dió torticolis. Aunque el colchón era cómodo.

بصراحه موقعه اعجبني لأنه بعيد عن الازعاج والزحمه وكمان قريب من السنتر لكن نظافته سيئه والله العظيم اول ما دخلت الفندق ابغا اسوي كوفي لقيت روج عالكاسه
وجلست اربعه ايام ما نظفو ولاغيرو المناشف الا اخر يوم.
كمان اعطوني غرفه غير اللي حجزتها ولما نزلت وكلمتهم قالو فيها واحد نطلعه عشان ندخلك قلت طيب انا حاجز بمواصفات معينه ودافع اكثر بس ما كان فيه تجاوب ابدا

Η εμπειρία μας ήταν αρκετά κακή από το ξενοδοχείο αυτό.υπερτιμημένο.χωρίς να δίνει ούτε τις παροχές που έχει υποσχεθεί.όπως διπλό κρεβάτι ,αλλαγή πετσετών σε 3 μέρες ,μίνι μπαρ.η τοποθεσία του είναι καλή(παρ’ όλα αυτά βάζω και σε αυτό χαμηλή βαθμολογία για να μην ανέβει ο μέσος όρος της βαθμολόγησής μου.το πρωινό μας ικανοποιητικό.η εξυπηρέτηση των ρεσεψιονίστ,και των ανθρώπων που σέρβιραν το πρωινό είναι άψογη.αρκετά κακή συμπεριφορά απο την υπεύθυνη του ξενοδοχείου.αποφύγετε την κράτησή σας στο παραπάνω ξενοδοχείο.πολύ κακή σχέση ποιότητας τιμής.

Muy buen hotel de cuatro estrellas en el centro de Praga. Los desayunos, aunque no son muy completos, cumpñen con su función.

El personal del hotel (recepción, habitaciones y restaurante) han sido muy profesionales y amables. Tuvimos un problema con una cama y nos lo solucionaron en 10 minutos. Lo recomiendo en su visita a Praga.

Hotel con una ubicación excelente, a 10 minutos caminando de la Plaza vieja de Praga y una magnífica calidad - precio.
La habitación y baño amplios y limpios. Las camas bastante cómodas.
El buffet del hotel simplemente maravilloso. Muy variado y con platos deliciosos que van más allá del típico y aburrido desayuno continental. El servicio muy correcto y amable.
Sin duda alguna lo mejor de todo el hotel es el personal. Son increíblemente amables, te ayudan en todo lo que necesites, incluso te dejan guardar el equipaje por más tiempo sin costes.
Un 10/10 al personal del hotel.
Totalmente recomendable, volveremos.

A poor attitude from the reception desk made the simplest request or question incredibly difficult.

Rooms ok, breakfast simple, bar only has basics.

Location is its biggest advantage.

Do better Clarion.

추운날 객실에서 따뜻함을 느낀건 오랬만이었습니다. 작지만 필요한 시설이 잘 갖추어져 있고, 조식도 맛있게 먹었습니다. 주변에 레스토랑과 바도 가까이에 있고, 강변을 걸을수도 있는 장점이 있습니다.

Der Standort des Hotels mitten in Altstadt ist sehr gut. Auch das Frühstück hat mir sehr gut gefallen.

Pech hatte ich beim Einchecken: direkt vor mir kam eine größere Gruppe an, so dass ich zum Einchecken lange warten musste.

Das Zimmer war ok. Wobei mir Zimmer mit Dusche besser gefallen. Mein Zimmer hatte eine Wanne.
