Bed was in terrible state, mattress felt like a hammock, pillow (if you could call it like that) was mushy. Don't get me started on the bed sheets, it's still under discussion with my dermatologist.
I guess the bathroom was clean, at least.
Rooms are really uncomfortable. Beds are old and full of holes, pillows were stone packages, and, instead of the double bed you would expect by reserving a double accommodation, we got two roughly simple beds put on one side of the other, not even tied together: you could easily fall down in the middle of the night. Even if the advertisement says it has a TV, don’t expect nothing more than a 20cm x 20cm monitor that has absolutely no use. Not only this, but we also got urticaria from the old and poorly washed bed sheets. Also, you can hear EVERYTHING that happens in and outside of the building, from the conversations and the cars on the street, to the snoring of your neighbor guests, so try to sleep with that. This was really the worst hotel ever.
Finally, do not take only my comment into account, you just have to see the replies that the hotel staff posts here in this same platform to answer the guests’ opinions. You will find that they are rude, unhelpful and unprofessional responses, only blaming the customer for the terrible service that they provide, same way they treated us since the beginning of this awful experience.
Ps. We still haven’t received back the €50 deposit that we had to leave to guarantee the tiny water bottle and the single beer that were in the really sad minibar.
Messziről kerülje mindenki aki csak teheti.
Még januárban lefoglaltam a booking.com-n a szállást, és egy hónappal késöbb februárban a helyre érkezve a recepciós hölgy közölte hogy állitolag “technikai hiba” miatt törölték a foglalást. De se egy email, se egy telefonhívás nem történt. Feleslegesen utaztam Magyarországról több száz km-t. Nagyon csalodott voltam. A recepciós mondta hogy menjek másik hotelbe mert nincs szabad szoba. És sajnálja a kellemetlenséget.
De a bökkenő hogy a pénz elfelejtették visszaadni. Szóval az eredeti szállás ára helyett a dupláját kellett kifizetnem egy másik szállodában. Jelenleg a bookingnál tettem panaszt, illetve irtam a hotel vezetőségének email-t de ott sem jött válasz.
Ha késöbbiekben sem lesz válasz akkor feljelentést teszek hátha ugy foglalkoznak az emberrel.
Mert igazságtalan hogy bármit megtehetnek a fizető vendéggel, aki végül meg sem kapja a szolgáltatást amiért fizetett.
The Manager in the proper meaning of the word is a coward. Calling over the phone and didn't even bother to answer. Very poor customer service. Only young girls at the service desk ,with" not know "answers .
They charge a kind of deposit at the arrival, but because I had to leave earlier than they operating the business don't give me the money back saying will send it to the bank account. But know details about you, not phone number, no email ,they don't ask for anything. So wonder ,how that money will reach the bank account ????

Is all absolutely illegal, as not warning people on their website . You are just surprised when you are checking in.
The travel agent is telling you that city tax is 4 euro, they charge 5 euro just for admin fee ???!!!
The hotel is advertised as a 4*,but the condition what you get just cover a 3*one.
The mattress is overused, probably so old, either you sleep on the floor or in the bed ,is the same .
Smoking prohibited, but the room stinks of cigarette.
No reception over night at all, so if any issue none with who to deal.
So ,just please never ever use their service . Is the worst experience facing up since I travel .
Is a shame ,Prague beautiful city ,but because of this kind of Hotel owners ,and very poor customer service, just ruined everything.
Stay away from this Hotel if you can.
The worst communication I have ever experienced! DISGUSTING BEHAVIOUR! They ignored my messages, which caused my reservation to be cancelled!
They couldn't charge me from my card even though I had all the money needed on it.They didn't explain why or make any suggestions what to do next. I asked them to change the name on my guest list it was spelled incorrectly again nothing was done.
Days later, they texted, "You are not the only one who is coming that month." IT IS YOUR JOB TO ANSWER CLIENTS' QUESTIONS BEFORE THEIR ARRIVAL! YOU ARE PAID FOR IT! I called them some woman answered my call, and it was so clear she had no idea what she was doing.
I had 2 reservations with them, she said you have 3. I can se three names. She thought that my surname is the third person even though my surname was in the section where it says surname????♀️ How stupid do you have to be to not understand that??
THEY CANCELLEDED MY RESERVATION 1 DAY BEFORE MY ARRIVAL WITHOUT ANY EXPLANATION AND HAVEN'T ANSWERS MY CALLS AT ALL. WHEN THEY SEE MY NUMBER THEY HANG UP ON ME.
Das wurde bei der Online Buchung nicht erwähnt. Außerdem haben die Getränke im Zimmer (Cola-Dose etc.) maximal einen Gesamtwert von 250 CZK gehabt.
Leider warten wir seit 2 Wochen nach Checkout immer noch auf die Rückzahlung der Kaution, obwohl wir nichts getrunken haben und die Rezeption gesagt hatte, dass alles ok ist...
Un hotel che si vanta 4 stelle e in realtà sono due
Camera piccolissima, letti attaccati al muro, servizio di recption insufficiente, priorità ai clienti di lingua Ceka, ignorati i clienti stranieri...
Per quanto riguarda la risposta del proprietario:
Ho ripetutamente segnalato il problema alla receptionista di avere un grosso problema alla schiena poichè portavo un busto contenitivo quindi mi occorreva un materasso decente, allora 2 materassi uno in memory ok, l'altro a molle su cui non si poteva dormire, beh se fosse stato un centro di raccolta profughi ci poteva ben stare ma non in un hotel 4 stelle, mi consenta!
Per quanto riguarda la sua risposta di avermi comunicato di cambiare stanza eravamo in 4 persone e nessuno ha sentito di questa possibilità, si informi bene dal suo staff!
E che dire della caldaia rotta? ovviamente sabato e domenica, riparata immagino lunedì, con la conseguenza che non abbiamo potuto fare la doccia in 4 persone fino a martedì mattina, giorno della partenza!
mi spiace ma farò una segnalazione al sito Pirati in viaggio e chiederò un rimborso per tutte le vostre mancanze e la vacanza rovinata
