I had a wonderful experience at this hotel in Prague. The view of Prague Castle and Lesser Town was stunning, and the food was delicious. The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Moreover, I've had the pleasure of attending several weddings at this venue, and each ceremony was perfectly organized.

Augustine is just an incredible hotel. The location, the history was just fantastic. Transforming and old monastery into a hotel was brilliant. Aleksandra at the front desk was kind and very helpful. The staff at breakfast was outstanding. Our room had an incredible view of the Prague Castle and church. The heated marble floor in the bathroom was so nice. Located in Lesser Town Prague we were a 5 minute walk to many restaurants, public transportation and just a 12 minute walk to Old Town Prague.

The Augustine is a wonderful hotel located in Lesser Town, only a short walk from the Charles Bridge. It's a hidden gem that you wouldn't even know was there if you weren't looking for it. NThe rooms are comfortable, spacious and the hotel has a beautiful spa where you can relax and enjoy the quiet, healing atmosphere.

I do have to say that the best part of this hotel are the people that are here. One specific individual, Alan Kodera, went so far beyond above and beyond that it brought me to tears...of joy! He made his mission to help me fulfill one of my goals of being here in Prague, which I would not have been able to do without him. Words cannot express my gratitude for the sincere generosity that Alan shared with me. He really cares about your happiness.
He has, by far, shown me a level of generosity and compassion that is rarely seen anymore.
He truly is a gem!

There is no words to describe how perfect this hotel is. From the location, close to everything to the perfect breakfast. And the staff: each and everyone is super professional, kind and they go above and beyond to accommodate all your requests. I am GF and the pastry chef and Anastasia made by day by sending the most delicious GF muffins to our room. The monastery tour was wonderful, drinks were delicious and the library and church within the hotel are mind blowing.

We had an amazing time ! Warm welcoming by Alan at reception and the porter at the entrance of the Hotel. The Housekeeping Team was also outstanding, they handled turn down very quickly and efficiently. Bravo

If hotels get Michelin Stars, this one would get at least one. Near all. Restaurant and bar in hotel were both very good. It has a brewery, but only opened on certain days.

Great location and service. Luxurious building, very clean and calm. The room was big and very silent! Excellent breakfast.
Only negative : mattress and cover would need to be replaced.

飯店入口不太起眼，很容易就錯過。一進去之後驚為天人，飯店服務人員非常親切熱情，櫃檯和餐廳都很nice. 幸運升等到閣樓城堡景觀房，房間沒有很大，但窗外有很漂亮的城堡景色。飯店地點非常好，走路到城堡或是老城區都很近。迎賓啤酒和點心是我吃過最好吃的，飯店備品味道也都很棒，但想知道沐浴鹽的品牌，離開之後還是念念不忘那個味道。如果飯店看到留言的話，希望可以告訴我。

Pozitiva: Milá recepce (vyjímá hrající online farmářské hry paní concierge), čistý a poměrně útulný pokoj v podkroví. Snad jediný nedostatek našeho pokoje – tramvajové koleje doslova pod okny, takže vibrace postele při každé projíždějící tramvaji.

Negativa: Katastrofální snídaně, která neodpovídá ani renomé šéfkuchaře hotelu, ani prestiži 5***** hotelu (a už vůbec ne všem označením typu "Luxury", "Collection", "Nejlepší" atd.) – domácí pečivo, ač slibně znělo, bylo naprosto chuťově odporné a kvalitně podprůměrné – jak to sladké, tak i slané. Třeba tzv. scones, které v Praze a ještě i ke snídani vůbec nikdo nečeká jsou OK (jen byly docela vychlazené ale hlavně tzv. Devonshire tea, ke kterému teplé scones s hustou smetanou patří, se obvykle podává odpoledne, ne-li k večeři...), ale ten zbytek nabídky????????... Pro recept rohlíků doporučuji zajet do děčínského pekařství Sever... přece není možné, aby pekařství naproti nádraží na severu republiky poradilo s českou specialitou lépe, než nadstandardně placený tým mistrů kuchařů v srdci Prahy. Nabídka snídaně vůbec neodpovídá inzerovaným fotkám – její bufetová část je stínem toho, co host může spatřit na rezervačních portálech. Stačilo by vyměnit fotky, jenže na novém "krizovém" bufetu toho k focení moc nezbylo. Ani fotka porce ovoce vás nenadchne – 3 plátky kiwi a 4 jablek nakrájené na způsob salámu (jsou tak 1 mm silné), 7 delší dobu skladovaných a popraskaných bobulí vína, 3 kousky ryngle s hnilobou na slupce (únorové vosy to asi nebudou)... Čokoládové palačinky chuťově připomínají namočené do kokosové polevy mokré hadry. Salát s tvarohovým dresinkem – mistrovský díl nechuti, ta tam prostě není, žádná. Ani večeře předchozí den nás neoslnila. Že by to bylo dočasnou pracovní nepřítomnosti šéfkuchaře? Možná. Táto výmluva ale neděla méně drzým zřejmě jeho nápad pojmenovat "hlavním chodem" dvě (2!) malinkaté hřebenatky s čajovou lžíci mrkvového pýre a tzv. brioškou z hutného těsta. Celou večeři doslova zachránila (jako to bývá vždy) foie gras – byla skvělá.

Loved this hotel. The rooms were comfortable and clean, the bathroom spacious, and the beds were perfect. The breakfast is delicious.

Ein außerordentliches Juwel, versteckt in der Altstadt. Perfekt um Prag zu Fuß zu erkunden, unweit der Karlsbrücke.

Hinsichtlich Gastfreundschaft, Angebot und positiver Atmosphäre ein hervorragendes Angebot. Der Gast fühlt sich willkommen und nicht primär Umsatzbringer. Die Breite und Tiefe des Angebots schwankt mit der Auslastung/Saison stark.

Hotel man's, door guys, even some chief, you guy better not to say "ty vole"(dude in cz way), at least when the customers are around. I heard 100times you guys said when I was at the front. It is same level jako dělník tyvole

Dining at the hotel was a highlight of my stay, their restaurant offers an array of dishes that are as pleasing to the eye as they are to the palate. Breakfast was a delightful start to the day, featuring a variety of high-quality options and dinner, on the other hand, was an exquisite experience, with each dish beautifully presented and bursting with flavors that showcase the culinary expertise of the chefs.

Each room is uniquely designed, blending historical charm with modern luxury, the attention to detail in the decor is remarkable, creating a space that is not only aesthetically pleasing but also incredibly comfortable and inviting.
