Location is convenient, quiet safe area, close to metro/tram station, center of Prague is walking distance.

Our room was on the second floor. It's not a huge room but absolutely enough space for two people. More important: it was always clean we, every day we got fresh water (still and sparkling) and the bed was comfortable.
We once ate breakfast there which was very good. A small but fresh buffet with delicious food.
My two favorites were the Mosaic caffe and the private spa. You should definitely try both! The coffee is so cozy with good coffees, wine and some food for the small hunger. The atmosphere is stunning and I loved sitting there.
The Private Spa made us speechless for a second as it is huge. We booked it for the two of us but there is space for up to 6 or 8 people. It was lovely and we will definitely recommend this hotel.
And for the people who would like to go to the gym: there is one just around the corner which you can use for free. It's located in another hotel. It's small but has almost everything you need for a training.
The staff was friendly. We stayed for six nights and everyone we talked to was very welcoming and nice.
Very friendly service at check-in and a really beautiful room (203)! Nicely decorated with a large bathroom and walk-in shower - we felt immediately at home!
We enjoyed cake and coffee at the nice bar on the ground floor. Here the decoration also created a very special and homy atmosphere.
The highlight of our stay was the couple massage in the hotel's private spa - amazing and highly recommended after a long day of walking the streets of Prague.
The area offers a very good and diverse selection of places to eat, from the QQ restaurant in the hotel, OMG sushi just around the corner or GROM down at the river.

Regenschirmskulpturen von David Cerný. Schon beim Check-in fühlten wir uns in der Wahl des Hotels bestätigt. Die Mitarbeitenden am Empfang waren super freundlich, sprachen perfekt englisch und sogar etwas Deutsch. Besonders gut fand ich, das unser Gegenüber die gesamte Zeit ein Lächeln im Gesicht hatte und sich viel Zeit für uns genommen hat. Unser gebuchtes Familienzimmer war modern, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und hell. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Zur Begrüßung stand eine gekühlte Flasche Prosecco für uns bereit.
Eine tolle Wertschätzung und schöne Geste. Im Zimmer ist eine Kaffeemaschine samt Kaps und Milch. Der Safe ist mit Steckdose. Sehr praktisch.Auch steht ein bluetooth Lautsprecher zur Verfügung zum Abspielen der eigenen Playlist. Deutsche Fernsehsender sind zu empfangen. Das Frühstück ist klasse. Es ist für jeden was dabei.
Von Pizza, über Joghurt, Gemüse, Salat, Frühstückscerealien, Kaiserschmarn, Rührei, Wurst sowie Käse. Bei Anreise bekamen wir für jeden Tag unseres Aufenthaltes Coupons für Sekt/ Orangensaft. Nach unseren Unternehmungen gönnten wir uns damit jeden Tag einen schönen gemeinsamen Ausklang im Hotelrestaurant. Auch das im Hotel befindliche asiatische Goumet-Restaurant QQ ist empfehlenswert. Gehobene Küche mit Raffinesse.
Abschließend können wir nur gutes berichten und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! Es war so schön!
Sehr freundliches Personal.
Zimmer: sauber; kein Teppichboden; alles notwendige vorhanden (Kosmetik-/Taschentücher, Seifen-/Lotionspender); die Handtücher wurden wirklich nur gewechselt, wenn sie auf dem Boden lagen - ist nicht immer so, obwohl es überall groß auf Schildern steht; die Fenster kann man zum Lüften öffnen; man hört nichts von den Nebenzimmern, so gut wie kein Straßenlärm; auch der Zugang zum jeweilig Zimmertrakt ist nur mit Karte möglich; Check Out am Abreisetag bis 12 Uhr möglich
Private Spa: was soll ich sagen, exzellent!
Frühstück: sehr gute und große Auswahl
Umgebung: gleich nebenbei ist ein sehr gutes bodenständiges Gasthaus; Innenstadt gut zu Fuß erreichbar - wir brauchten kein Öffi Ticket; vom Bhf. gut mit der Straßenbahn erreichbar
Einzig Negative (jedoch deswegen kein Stern weniger): für die Kinder werden kleine Einwegprodukte im Bad bereitgestellt. Die kann man sich im Sinne der Nachhaltigkeit sparen! Wir haben sie nicht verwendet.
Very nice hotel, good designe, French music during breakfast, clean, 10 min from Karol bridge, calm district It’s worthy to visit.
We asked for water for the room which seemed to be super complicated for the personnel from the reception as well and first thing the person said was „it’s once filled per day in your room, already finished?!?“ sorry but if i pay 250€ per night I can expect to get a fresh water.
Last one was the massage which was the worst ever, unmotivated massage therapist, stinky room and super pricy.
All in all we wouldn’t come again. Service is too bad for the price
Tout est parfait ! Olga de la réception à était souriante et serviable du premier jour jusqu’au dernier, une personne de confiance.
La chambre est propre, l’hôtel aussi.
Le spa est incroyable je vous le conseille vivement et le petit déjeuner est classique mais très très bon.
Je recommande !!

Wirklich erwähnenswert ist das Frühstück. Absolut lecker und einfallsreich.
Im großen und ganzen ein tolles Hotel. Würden dort wieder buchen.
Podávané snídaně jsou opravdovým zážitkem a perfektní kvalitou. Tomu to hotelu není co vytknout. Při ukončení pobytu jsme si ho opět zarezervovali pro naši nadcházející dovolenou.
Děkuji celému personálu hotelu za perfektní odváděnou práci a přístup k hostům.
