Even if the hotel dates from the early 80's, it is well maintained and feels much more recent. Good breakfast, close to conference and business centres, a major shopping mall and to the subway, reaching St. Wenceslas square in 10 minutes from the hotel door.
One thing that you would need to be wary of is the insufficient capacity of lifts, especially at breakfast time. The lifts reach floors 10 and below completely full when descending. If you are on a high floor, you will just be irritated that the lift stops at every floor without picking anyone up as it is already full; if you are in a low floor, you are better off taking the stairs. Avoid middle floors as you will be waiting for a lift with space for a very long time.

Krásný hotel se super personálem. Pokoje pěkné, čisté a celkem moderně vybavené. Wellness bohužel dost malinké na poměry hotelu. Doporučuji snídaně, bohatý výběr a velice chutné. Super umístění hotelu, hned vedle je OC Arkády Pankrác a pár kroků na zastávku metra i tramvaje.

Un hôtel correct qualité/prix mais nous ne lui aurons tout de même pas donné 4 étoiles car les chambres sont anciennes. Elles sont assez spacieuses mais beaucoup d’éléments sont trop vieux comme le sèche cheveux qui était totalement déboîté, l’évier qui était bouché, le pommeau de douche fuyait ainsi que la Clim qui ne fonctionnait presque pas nous avons donc dormis les fenêtres ouvertes. Le petit déjeuner est très copieux, varié, et très bon ! L’emplacement est bien car il y a un centre commercial à 2min à pied et le métro C qui vous emmènera partout :) Tout cela ne nous a pas embêté au point de passer un mauvais séjour encore une fois pour le prix c’est correct ! On vous conseille d’aller à la piscine de 10h à 13h ou de 20h à 22h.

Our stay was great, but some details tarnished it a bit. First of all, it needs to be said that the staff are very friendly and helpful, and there are many of them. When you enter the hotel, there is. Immediately a nice smell and the foyer is big, comfy and with cozy music. The swimming pool and spa at the top were included in our fare and were just lovely to start the day. The view was good and our room got flooded by sunlight every morning. The rooms had all the basic amenities, plus tea/coffee/water/shower gel/shampoo etc. However the lamp in the bathroom was very noisy, and the toilet was so low it might have been built for a child. It's also small and even for an "average" guy there was some uhhhh water danger. The prices at the hotel bar are ludicrously high for Prague. The breakfast is great, there is a lot of selection and plenty of everything. Staff will quickly fulfill and request. It wasn't too crowded while we were there. I can recommend it for a romantic stay in Prague for sure!

Hotel s krásnou vyhlídkou na Prahu. V nejvyšším patře si můžete dopřát saunu, zahrát svaly ve fitku nebo si zaplavat v bazenu a vyhrát ve vířivce. Personál ochotný a příjemný. Snídaně byla super od sladkého, slaného. Velký vybervpeviva, salámy, vajíčka.resvmlecne výrobky. Hned vedle centrum Arkády, kde je široký výběr obchodu a hned metro, kterým se dostane za pár minut do centra

A szálloda monumentális a maga 24 emeletével, bár látszik rajta egy kissé az idő vasfoga. A szoba amiben laktam kényelmes volt, jó volt a franciaágy és főleg, hogy egy matracból állt. Bár a fürdőszobában a wc alacsonyabb a megszokottól, és hiányoltam a 4* szolgáltásához képest a mini testápolót, sampont, és a kozmetikai zsebkendőt,
valamint a cipőkanalat. A reggeli és a vacsora bőséges választékot kínált, a hal azonban hiányzott a választékból, ennek kivételével bárki találhatott az izlésének megfelelő ételt. A város a szállodából könnyen és gyorsan elérhető a közelben található plázában lévő metróval. A nagy létszámú csoportokra a lift nem volt felkészülve, hosszú perceket kellett várni, mire a 4ből valamelyik megérkezett.
