Muito Bem localizado (próximo da igreja, da estacao),com um café da manha incrível! A recepcionista é extremamente gentil e atenciosa, de preocupou em dar diversas dicas da regiao!

Horrible experience !!! No staff available after 8:30 pm till 10 am !! Hotel is only first floor, there entire building with residents and so much noise at night coming from
Kids playing upstairs which you cant reach and no one can assist - couldn’t sleep beware !!!

PROS:
- location is amazing, very close to Duomo
- very friendly service

CONS:
- the rooms advertised online look much different in real life. Call ahead to make sure you get a proper room for the size of your luggage. The standard room is VERY VERY small compared to the pictures advertised. We did not have enough space with one checked size suitcase and one carry-on suitcase.
- the lighting in the room/bathroom is very dim. It was romantic lighting, but very difficult to see or put on makeup.

Check in was smooth, and the staff verify kind and professional. The rooms were updated, clean and centered around a couple of inner courtyards which made it very quiet and removed from the hustle and bustle of the city. Location wise it is pretty close to all the major attractions.
