Très bien; bon accueil. Un désagrément: bien que 3 chambres avaient été réservées longtemps à l'avance, deux ont été attribuées au second étage et une au RDC.

Great location but I would not classify as 4 star hotel. The staff was great and very helpful but the rooms lacked amenities that i would expect in a four star hotel.

Beautiful place, friendly staff, perfect location. If you prefer to sleep with your window open, it is recommended to ask for a room facing the courtyard. The tram stop right in front of the hotel is rather noisy.

Les sanitaires sont propres mais il y a des traces noires de coulures sur les murs et le radiateurs c'est dommage. Une bouilloire avec des tisanes et café solubre serait vraiment appréciables. En tout cas ça me manque

Tout était parfait. J’ajouterai un avis très positif sur le personnel sans lequel nous n’aurions pas ces jolies prestations. Si nous avons pu nous offrir cet hôtel c’est parce que nous avons eu une promotion et un surclassement comme belle surprise.

Très belle chambre bien équipée avec un coin fauteuil design et table basse grande tv sans être surdimensionnée même si le choix de chaînes est limité, machine à café nespresso appréciable et surtout superbe salle de bains avec sa douche de grande qualité. L’hôtel est idéalement installé et à proximité immédiate du centre-ville. Les escaliers et murs qui mènent aux chambres méritent à eux seuls de délaisser l’ascenseur
