Très bon week-end dans un hotel chaleureux avec du personnel très competent et réactif.
Dommage que nous ayons eu un peu froid( pb de chauffage dans notre chambre)

The hotel is in a great location to visit the entire city. The staff were all very helpful. They have a very nice bar to have a drink in the evening.

Le prix était convenable, piscine et jaccuzi très bien entretenue. La chambre était propre. La salle de bain était sympa. Et le petit déjeuner était copieux.

I am not happy that I can't open the door on the second days of stay as my room is at one corner of the corridor, after long day outside but get locked outside and have to walk back to the reception to update the password

Hôtel cosy, calme et bien situé. Accès cependant difficile en voiture, car on n'ose pas s'engager sur les voies de tram!
Bémol: literie très inconfortable, pas digne d'un hôtel 4 *!

Hôtel confortable, très bien situé proche de la gare et à 2 pas du centre ville très animé. Chambre vraiment calme malgré la rue et les transports ( très bonne isolation ). Personnel très accueillant, sauf peut être celui du petit déjeuner qui mériterait d'être légèrement plus agréable. La piscine est un peu froide, le jacuzzi par moment aussi et il manque cruellement de transats, seulement 4, du coup on ne peux pas se détendre un moment.

Nous étions venu pour nos 10 ans de mariage en 1993 dans cette hôtel et nous en gardions un excellent souvenir . Mais avec ce nouveau design nous avons été surpris agréablement. De plus vos gens sont charmants . Nous avons aussi bien apprécié ma femme et moi la demi heure de massage prodigué par une excellente professionnelle . Merci et à bientôt .

Dommage que les chambres "confort" ne bénéficient pas de peignoir et de mules pour la piscine. Cela est vraiment mesquin et vexant. On a l'impression qu'il y a d'un côté les clients aisés qui arrivent à la piscine avec un peignoir, et les autres, qui le sont moins, et qui doivent se déshabiller et se rhabiller à la piscine car sans peignoir pour remonter dans la chambre !!

Le matelas était un peu dur.
