Another Marriott hotel with super class facilities. Though its not a typical high storey building but its nice and cozy. Near to the central town and Meir road.

Our stay at the sapphire hotel has been amazing! I’m here to have a minor surgery, and travelled with two friends who stayed in the diamond suite. The room is spacious, two beds, gorgeous ceilings.
What stands out is how accommodating the staff are. Every request, little detail and welcome is thought of. A special shout out to marco, who was so helpful in making sure we had lots of ice to recover from swelling.
I will be coming back here again!

We hebben een hotelovernachting geboekt bij Sapphire House in Antwerpen. Het was een aangenaam en ontspannen verblijf. Het was handig om gebruik te kunnen maken van Q-Park met een account op kenteken, waardoor we moeiteloos in en uit konden rijden. Bovendien was er een directe toegang tot het hotel via de garage. We werden vriendelijk ontvangen en de kamers waren zeer goed onderhouden, ruim en modern. Hoewel we normaal gesproken geen fan zijn van begane grond kamers, was het hier geen probleem omdat het aan een rustige weg lag zonder verkeer. Het was absoluut waar voor ons geld. We zouden graag weer in dit hotel verblijven tijdens ons volgende bezoek aan Antwerpen.

Small rooms for a 5*, the hotel lobby usually smelled like sewer, they didn't restock the water at the rooms, the services are not that great either, it's a good hotel only if you want to sleep and have breakfast.

Waardeloze service, na een dubbele betaling via de kredietkaart wekenlang geen antwoord ontvangen.
Na een in gebreke stelling en betwisting van de bank pas het geld teruggezien, maar nog steeds geen respons van het hotel zelf.

We had a very pleasant stay in this beautiful hotel. The interior is wonderful! The rooms are very nice, breakfast ist delicious and last but not least: the mostly young staff is super friendly! Thanks for this great weekend in the sweet city of Antwerp!

We went to the restaurant and had an amazing time. The drinks are really good and so is the food. We especially appreciated the service provided by Lois, who checked on all the needed requirements!

We checked in today and from the moment I spoke to the person helping with check in I have experienced the nicest treatment and attitude since we got to Belgium!!! We came for the first time to BE on business, staying 3 nights. Because of our status they gave us a free upgrade, very beautiful and clean rooms! The property overall is mesmerizing! Centrally located. I got a couple of sapphires in a velvet bag to exchange at the bar, or somewhere….not sure lol but it was a beautiful idea! What girl doesn’t like shiny things??…. Then we get to the room and we had a sweet welcome note with these sweets. What a nice touch! I’m in loved with this place. I read on Google that it was built in the 1500s and it was a jewel exchange place. I can’t even tell it’s that old, I’m very sensitive to smells and I have not smelled anything weird. All new and clean. The bed is soooo comfortable too!!!…. Cannot wait to try breakfast tomorrow. The reviews are all positive too….

Unsere Erfahrung mit diesem wunderschönen Hotel könnte man als „perfekt“ beschreiben. Gerade die Mitarbeiter und somit der Service waren stets freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir kommen gerne wieder! :)

Kregen een upgrade, wat aardig is natuurlijk, maar verschil niet echt duidelijk. Andere kleur interieur, dat wel. Ontbijt teleurstellend. Weinig keuze. Mensen wachten op afbakbroodjes die vervolgens ook niet goed gebakken zijn. Croissants klef en vet. Is toch niet moeilijk zou je zeggen. Om te slapen prima, parkeren onder het hotel is handig, maar ontbijten zou ik ergens anders doen. Had voor bijna Eur 300 voor een nacht zeker wel meer verwacht.

Very nice hotel. Staff is very friendly & helpful. Check in & out was easy & fast. Lovely, spacious room (no view, but ok) and nice beds. Mini-bar included! Hotel bar is fine, some bites available too. Breakfast was fine, plenty to choose from.

Surrounding is also great: near 'de Meir' shopping street and the more lovely, little streets with small local shops, restaurants and bars.

I would recommend this hotel.

Fijn hotel! Super luxe en goeie service. Aan de service bij het ontbijt mogen ze nog wel wat doen. De medewerkers lijken niet allemaal even goed ingewerkt. Ze zijn heel vriendelijk maar zien er voor zo'n chique hotel, niet heel chique uit
