Le LD Restaurant est situé au sein du Lešić Dimitri Palace dans la vieille ville de Korčula. Le menu proposé dans cet établissement 1 étoile Michelin est conçu en fonction des ingrédients disponibles pendant la saison. Vous y trouverez d’anciennes recettes dalmates revisitées par le chef comme la komiška pogača (fougasse typique de l'île de Vis). Vous pourrez profiter de la terrasse pour déjeuner en plein air, en face du canal de Pelješac et de l'archipel de Korčula. Le restaurant dispose aussi de deux salles que vous pourrez réserver pour vos dîners privés.

The dishes were a wonderful ode to local ingredients, with creativity at every turn. The flavours were outstanding and the presentation was stunning and thoughtful, best displayed in the deep-sea-to-sand motif of the amuse-bouche plating. Their signature Gyoza is truly a standout.
The service at LD is world class - attentive, warm and incredibly knowledgeable. Truly a standout team whose interactions with us complimented the food perfectly, and made the experience feel both memorable and high value. Their commitment to hospitality is evident though and through.

The sommelier was fantastic, guiding us in our wine choice and explaining the exceptionalities of orange wine. Our wine was poured so attentively, allowing us to enjoy it at length and in the perfect amounts. Our server was exceptional, he knew when and to engage with us, reading our cues expertly.
As hospitality veterans, my husband and I were in heaven at LD Restaurant.
Even the bathroom sink is outstanding!

(The only one thing that could have made it better was if our table was de-crumbed between courses. Regardless, we were so happy that it didn't detract from our experience).
