Top quality, home cooked food and exceptional prices. Order the house wine, as it’s delicious. Having dinner there once is not enough… our group had to go back for our last supper!!
Their “slow cook under the lid” meal must be ordered many hours before hand. It is a must :)

Restaurant is so so good! Local food to die for! We tried octopus Peka and it was so delicious! The octopus and vegetables were so good and melting in my mouth! Prices also reasonable! Nice and friendly staff! We will come again!

Super restaurant, nous avons mangé un octopus peka à deux, ce plat traditionnel cuit 4heures (il faut le commander à l’avance).
L’équipe et parfaite, attentionnée et extrêmement gentille. Le chef nous a invité à venir voir la cuisson traditionnelle en prenant le temps de nous expliquer chaque étape. C’était excellent nous avons passé un super moment.

Ima bisera od restorana ali ovo je dragulj .od ulaska u vrtnu terasu .konobara koji zaslužuje Porin ugostiteljstva vrhunskih manira i komunikacijskih vještina do odličnih Žrnovskih makaruna .Nismo iznenađeni nego oduševljeni.Hvala vam na svemu usmene preporuke idu svima koje poznajemo.

Nos alojamos allí durante dos noches en nuestra visita a la isla de Korkula y la experiencia fue excelente. Es un negocio familiar que pone mucho mimo en que sus huéspedes y comensales estén a gusto. Las instalaciones son algo antiguas pero tienen mucho encanto y la ubicación está a un paseíto muy agradable de 15/20 minutos al casco antiguo de Korkula. En cuanto al restaurante, la comida es casera, auténtica y a un precio bastante razonable para la calidad del producto. El anfitrión nos dió todas las recomendaciones necesarias para aprovechar lo máximo el tiempo en la isla... 100% recomendable para apoyar a los negocios locales y familiares con mucha historia.

This place is about expierence! Unique dinner and magical peka. Lets start from beggining. We called to restaurant a day before our dinner because it takes around 3-4 hours to cook octopus peka. We've been staying in Old Town so we had 20min walk tour and a chance to explore other part of Korcula. Restaurant is in quiet living area. We felt like visiting good friends from the first minute. Waitress was polite, attentive and asked to wait for invitation of the chief. Our chief was grandson of founder. He continues family tradition and cooks peka as his grandfather did.
Peka was perceft! People amazing! We will remmember this evening for very long time.

Odličan smještaj s predivnim vrtom i bazenom. Jako ugodna atmosfera i iznimno ljubazan domaćin i osoblje. Hrana u restoranu je isto za svaku preporuku, obilne porcije i sve jako ukusno i domaće. Hobotnica ispod peke i žrnovski makaruni su nas oduševili i definitivno se vraćamo probati još nešto.

We stayed at the Hajduk guesthouse and were delighted with both the accommodation and the food in the restaurant. We were blown away by the food, especially the “Zrnovo” pasta and the octopus (hobotnica ispod peke). We also had the opportunity to see the process of preparing octopus in this special way. We are definitely coming back again.

Nous n'avons testé que le restaurant avec mon compagnon. Nous avons passé une formidable soirée.

Le lieu est un peu excentré de Korçula, dans un fond de cour qui se révèle charmant. Nous y allions pour déguster un plat local, la Peka de pieuvre (ils le font aussi à la viande). Le restaurant n'est ouvert que le soir et pour la Peka, il faut passer ou appeler pour passer commande car c'est un plat très long à préparer. Nous avons été super bien reçus. Les serveurs étaient charmants et avenants. Ils nous ont fait goûter quelques autres spécialités locales et avaient beaucoup d'humour. Ils sont de très bons conseils. Le chef est venu nous chercher pour nous montrer les derniers préparatifs avant le dressage du plat. Il nous a expliqué le processus de préparation. L'ambiance est authentique et très conviviale. Une grande gentillesse émane du personnel. C'était vraiment agréable.

Le plat est à partager. C'est très copieux et très goûteux. Je n'avais jamais mangé de poulpe aussi fondant. Nous sommes littéralement tomber sous le charme. Cela fait partie des lieux incontournables de nos vacances en Croatie.

55€ la Peka de poulpe pour 2. C'est un excellent rapport qualité-quantité-prix.

Great food and great prices! Be sure to try the following: Kozice na korculanski (typical local dish, shrimps with white wine and garlic), also Peka (either meat or octopus, also a typical Croatian meal), and Zrnovski makaruni with meat (local hand-made pasta with the tastiest meat sauce). Also, if you like white Croatian wine, do yourself a favor and order a bottle of Pošip Todor!

We had an amazing experience eating a Peka at restaurant Hajduk. The meal was delicious and the service very friendly. We highly recommend this place! Don’t forget to reserve your Peka at least the morning for the evening ????

We went on dinner there and ordered octopus peka (slow cooked octopus, has to be ordered at least 4 hours before reservation) and had to say it was excellent. After we ordered drinks chef came and introduced us to making of octopus. Both staff and chef were helpfull and very polite. Rakija is domestic and very tasty, prices are fair and atmosphere is pleasant. Big recommedation to pay them a visit.

The food was really tasty and fresh, we got our meal in less than half an hour so it was quicker as we expected and the staff was really nice and friendly.
What I could recommend is the local dessert from Korcula-Dubrovnik.
We enjoyed every bite. It absolutely worth a try.

We tried once again, this time the pecas the one with octopus and the one with four different meat. The octopus peca was more expensive but better and more special and tastier. The only thing you must keep in mind is that you have to order it in the morning to be ready in the evening.

If you are looking for a place to try Peka in Korcula, look no further. We had octopus peka and it was the best octopus dish we have ever tried. The flavour was unbelivable. The chef and our server were very pleasant. The server was very attentive yet not intrusive at all. Very good service overall. The chef even showed us the traditional way of making peka and checked in on our table. It has a beautiful terrace with lots of outdoor seats and a beautiful fountain. Such a beautiful location and food. We highly recommend it. I would give 10 stars if I can.
