Thank you for your warm hospitality! It’s hard to find a family run hotel that feels so genuine and kind. Even the cat is so welcoming :) Parking is a big plus too. If we visit Toulouse again we’d stay with you again.

Excellent accueil, conseils très pertinents pour se déplacer dans Toulouse et trouver un restaurant un soir où beaucoup étaient complets, localisation très adéquate (dans une rue calme, à deux pas de la station Jean Jaurès, pas trop loin de la gare), cadre agréable avec son escalier en bois et les cheminées dans les chambres. Chambres peut-être un peu sombres. Impression que les tarifs ont un peu augmenté depuis mon premier séjour. en aôut 2022.

Very welcoming hotel. On a quiet street, yet very close to public transportation, resaurants and shops. We opted for the breakfast which was good but limited. The plus being that we didn't need to leave hotel to get food and coffee! Room was quiet and comfortable, basic hotel fare with a little bit of architectural detail. Was not a big fan of the shower... shower curtain too short and shower stall not very deep. Could not avoid getting water on floor, which made floor slipery.

Très bon établissement, idéalement placé. Nous avons été très bien accueillis, conseillés et entourés pendant tout notre séjour, dans une ambiance familiale très agréable. Nous recommandons vivement cet hôtel.

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. The manager/owner(?) is very nice and friendly. The hotel is ideally located in downtown Toulouse. The room was clean. There is no elevator if this is a concern for you. I like the fact that the room has a USB-A and C ports for charging phones and computers which is very convenient when you don't have a French power adapter. The hotel has a parking and this is cheaper than the local public around that charge 27 euros for overnight Parking.

En points positifs :
L'accueil est agréable et chaleureux. La localisation à proximité immédiate du centre-ville est parfaite. Le petit déjeuner simple mais suffisant, et servi avec le sourire.
En points négatifs :
La climatisation est insuffisante pour faire face aux grandes chaleurs. La température moyenne dans la chambre est restée autour de 27-28°, malgré un réglage au mini. La chambre est située sous le toit et n'a aucune fenêtre ouvrante, ce qui empêche de la rafraichir la nuit. Notre demande de changer de chambre n'a pas été satisfaite. Pas de réfrigérateur dans la chambre, pour tenir les boissons au frais.
