Sehr ruhiges und rustikales Hotel mit eigener Katze. Besonders hervor zu heben ist das Personal, hier wird sehr gutes Englisch gesprochen was ja leider in Frankreich die Ausnahme ist, aber hier top. Dazu sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Hotel bien placé, à proximité du centre et à 10min à pied de la gare. Service très sympathique, bon petit dej, clim et calme !

Propriétaire attentif, serviable et gentil qui m'a fourni des informations par téléphone avant mon arrivée, toujours souriant à chaque rencontre et qui nous a gardé nos bagages le jour du départ. Il parle français, anglais et espagnol. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel à tous ceux qui souhaitent séjourner dans un hôtel indépendant avec beaucoup de cachet et un accueil super, loin de l'anonymat des chaînes hôtelières. La seule chose à prendre en considération est l'absence d'ascenseur puisqu'il s'agit d'une vieille maison de ville, donc si cela peut poser un problème, demandez une chambre à l'étage inférieur ou ce n'est peut-être pas le logement qu'il vous faut.
Je vous souhaite tout le meilleur au propriétaire qui se soucie vraiment du confort de ses hôtes et de son établissement.

Independent hotel in a characteristic and renovated building very close to the central square (Place di Capitole) and the train station. The furniture is classic and very well maintained. The room was very spacious, comfortable and clean, same for the bathroom. Air conditioning is available for the hot Toulouse summers.
Attentive, helpful and kind owner who provided me with information over the phone prior to arrival, always smiling at every encounter and held our bags for us on departure day. He speaks French, English and Spanish. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to stay in an independent hotel with lots of character and a super welcome, far from the anonymity of hotel chains. The only thing to take in consideration is the absence of an elevator since it is an old town house, so if this may be a problem ask for a lower floor room or this may not be the accommodation for you.
